About two months ago and subsequently when I make an order I no longer receive any email confirmation. When I called I spoke with very cordial people but the correction has not gone through. The most recent order was conveyed by FedEx saying when the cases would arrive.

Great selection of wine. However, filtering and discoverability are lacking. Regional filtering is decent, but the results are far too numerous. Several years ago, I asked for a classification filter. This would help tremendously. Wine prices are average. Discounts are paltry. Deliveries are reliable. Help chat requires answering profile information that the site already has from the login. Due to this, it is a pain. This site would also benefit from alerts when a particular wine is stocked. It would also be helpful to have direct access to a somm who specializes in a specific region. This site does little to differentiate itself from other sites, such as Total Wine.
