Thank you for taking the time to write your review. The doors in which you write about, we would like to make the following points:-

1. Any warranty issues should be reported directly to us.

2. Fitting non genuine manufactured parts and screwing into you doors, without speaking to us first can invalidate manufactures warranty.

3. Regardless of point 2 as a professional and reputable business we still came out to the property to help you in 2023, we instructed the manufacturer attend site to carry out a survey, they filled out a report which was signed off by your partner the property owner.

4 . As previously advised and reported, the reason the hinge snapped in the first place was due to misuse and negligence of the externally opening first leaf of the bi-fold doors. Externally opening doors are not designed to be left open all year round in all weathers and high winds.

We assumed that as we had not heard from you in over 3 years, your doors had been operating as they should with no further issues.

The the phone call
I introduce myself as me from the address in question. And was met with a lots of a abuse from some female. I asked he name which she cave me her first name then I at watt is your surname. I got told Watt W A TT is my sir name. I thought ok here we go. I asked if I could record the hight tension call to be told no. But my in home system.would have caught it all anyway. So basically these doors are 5 years old. And we have had to have them out a number of times for issues. So on this the last occasion where we decided to rip them out and get new bi folds I wrote a review. This has how ever not gone down well with the supplier. And a horrific conversation was had with said lady. She informed me that their windows are not made to be left open in any weather. So I asked why in a slight summer breeze they would fail and swing off the sliders and hinges. Only to be told again the are not ment to be left open. Why would you buy these if you can't open them. In short she slammed the phone down and I am awaiting to see what's next. U honest advise you to not use this company for bi folds they are a disgrace as a company with zero customer support. Just dont and zero understanding of where their products failure are. They dont want to know. Very best John. And to window wizard I suggest you change you telephone staff. Disgusting behaviour

Simon is a wizard! Great service.
I was having problems with a conservatory door that wasn't locking properly. Simon inspected the door and within a few minutes knew what the issue was. He priced the job there and then with no obligation. I went ahead and im really pleased with the outcome and I have a 2 year warranty for the repair.

Steve and his Team at Window Wizard Rye have completely transformed our old house!
Steve first came to us 18 months ago to replace 3 windows. Since then he has replaced our back door, kitchen door, 7 more windows. Including a new conservatory roof.
For the third visit, today Kieron and Elliott replaced 3 more windows and installed a new front door.
In fact only 2 old windows remain, in our 4 story house!

What a fantastic company! We are amazed by the quality of the doors and windows they supplied and installed. The service is just out of this world.
