Good installers, terrible customer service when things go wrong.
Good installers, but terrible customer service if you’re planning on replacing all your windows. Do not give a good review until they complete your job or you’ll be left for months without any communication.

Old PVC to modern Tech. Definitely worth it.
A great team. The choice and prices were competitive and acceptable. The installation was friendly, skilled and quick. There was a follow-up to check on the task. Overall, we are delighted with the finish and look plus the house is warmer and less road noise. We are very happy we had this completed. From 30 year old PVC to modern tech systems and locks. Really pleased.

Don’t trust
If they had to choose a new company for such a project, I would stay away from this one, the reason being that I have a scratched window and a damaged door handle, I asked for them to be replaced but it didn't happen even after two months.

Good afternoon
Thank you for your review
I must admit I was surprised at the 1 star as you said you were very pleased with the job
A scratched handle and a mark on glass (which will be changed) seems a bit harsh as you were pleased
We will contact you in the week to discuss what you need to make you happy with us again
Lovely people
Lovely people. Really fair price and did an amazing job on our front door. 5 stars!

Window Nation Peterborough supplied and…
Window Nation Peterborough supplied and installed new windows and doors in our church conversion. The quality of the windows and installation was 1st class. They installed an door with an arched head where a 160 year old arched window was. The detail of the glazing was amazing with the stained glass around the outer perimeter matching the remaining 160 year old stained glass windows. The result was so impressive we are now considering replacing the rest of the arched windows with sliding sash windows. We would highly recommend to anyone.
