Obscure film purchased , was cut to size to the mm.

Easy to fit and and de bubble.

The company also reached out to confirm sizes as they were unusual.

Had previously tried a product from another company and tried to cut to size….failed miserably.

First of all I ordered two rolls of privacy film on the 23rd June. By the 11th July they had not arrived although I had paid by Palpal. Apparently the order didn't go through to the company. They arrived today. We cleaned the windows exactly as instructed including with a new blade to take off any stuck on spots. We did that twice on each window. The first film went up and absolutely loads of spots were shown on the window !!! It looks awful from outside. As if the window is dirty. It does not show up in photographs inside or out to show you. The second window, next to the first, is perfect apart from one or two spots. This brings me to the conclusion that the first roll must have a manufacturing fault.

Tonight, I have gone outside to check nothing can be seen with the light on inside the bedroom and it is no different to when the film was not on !!!! I am extremely disappointed ! I wanted privacy all the time ! I feel very, very upset that after all the work the privacy is limited to daytime. Even this may not be the case if its a dull day and the light is on !!!

I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I hopped on here after receiving my order and was surprised to see the negative reviews. I ordered yesterday, it arrived today which I was very happy about given that it was free delivery. Delighted with the quality of the film - I ordered London Calling after being advised by a dog trainer that I needed to stop the pooch from staring outside. Rather than sit with the light on behind blackout curtains all day, every day, this is the perfect solution!

The directions for applying were spot on - I was worried as I’m rubbish with screen protectors etc so thought I’d mess this up too, but I didn’t!

The ONLY negative was when DHL delivered it and left it outside of a house half a mile away rather than where it was supposed to be, but I’ve contacted the delivery company directly about that.

Would 100% buy from again.

I am surprised reading all the negative reviews below. I had two people come and spend 4 hours fitting reflective film and frosted film to numerous different glass panels and a conservatory. The service was immaculate from order to delivery and the finished product looks incredible. I would never have been able to fit this and the way they politely and quickly finished was very impressive. Thank you for hopefully allowing us a cooler summer experience.

Very helpful on the phone (thanks Tom) order arrived next working day. First time I have fitted this type of product but and had 6 glass doors to do, all went on fine and really pleased with the results.

Excellent. My second order from this company and they didn't disappoint. Quality was excellent and the measurements were spot on (I was a bit worried I may have measured incorrectly) as my Grandad would say measure twice cut once.
The film was as described and pictured and I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Tried to order 2 window films from this company , total item cost £20.00, when I went to checkout total was £30, phoned them for an explanation, answer was £30 is minimum spend, they expected me to send them an extra £10, they are chancing their arm, went elsewhere.

Having ordered from these people before, I have been pleased with the window film I ordered. I tried to order a small one for my 92 year old Mum's window to cheer her up while she's stuck inside due to her being vulnerable. The film came to £21, p&p free, total £30. Their policy is that they don't accept orders below £30, so they 'just add it on to the total' and expect you to give them money for nothing!
I contacted them for an explanation and their response was that 'yes, unfortunately, we have a minimum £30 spend'. No reason for that.
I've never encountered anything like this before and I've contacted Trading Standards about it. Even if it turns out to be legal, I can't understand any legitimate business trying to scam their customers for money like this.

Don’t seem to be able to measure. Sent first item wrong size. Sent second item out, wrong size. And I’m talking about a couple of inches not 0.5mm

Waste of time and frustrating.

Only giving one star as I can’t give 0! Awful service - ordered 3 pre cut pieces and a roll. Managed to fit 5 pieces without any problem but then found that the roll had a long raised scratch on it. Emailed a complaint and was told that was not possible and virtually called a liar. After 2 emails was offered replacement film at full price but as a gesture of goodwill they would offer free postage. Avoid this company if you can - the Ryanair of DIY window film suppliers without the cheap prices.

After initially writing the below the company have now sent me a new item without charge. Ignore what I initially wrote. Happy!!!

Not happy with this company at all , ordered 3 films for my door and all got creases in that will not come out , paid nearly £65 for the 3 , contacted them tdy sent them e mails with receipt pictures of the film and the amazon pay receipt, and they say they have no record of my order not very helpful at all , I will still pursue this hoping they resolve it but looking at some reviews on here I think I am in for a fight , never order of this company again awfull customer service. I have today received a phone call from the manager who has resolved this for me and is sending another order out , so will keep you updated on how this goes .

The range of designs and delivery were both really good. However, the website wasn't easy to use and I sent a very polite email asking for some help to confirm I had measured correctly - I had a very short and almost rude reply. The film (two lots) were completely impossible to install without bubbles and stretched areas that wouldn't therefore lie flat. Looked awful and had to be removed straight away and thrown away. This really is not a DIY product and I would not recommend the product or the company.

The finished product was exaclty what I wanted but make one mistake and its an expensive mistake. Why 4 stars? because of the delivery company first used delivered my film with the box all open and at the time you don't realise the one device you really need is actually missing.
But still I was more than happy with the cut to meaure privacy film and as I placed it before 1pm it did arrive next day (Signed for)

We ordered two films, having used the company before and having had a great experience. These two were virtually impossible to apply - there was a boarder that would not stay in place, and with their applied tape you could not get the air bubbles out without damaging the film - and by that time, of course, the company say they will take no responsibility. Their customer service is very slow and really do not seem to care, very disappointing.

Last year had this company supply and fit the medium reflective silver film on my conservatory windows. This was carried out efficiently and there have been no problems. Due to the very hot summer we had last year, decided in February 2019 to have the supertint glass fitted to my pilkington blue tint solar glass conservatory roof (which does not live up to expectations). Again supply and fitting was carried out efficiently and professionally. All waste and any mess cleared up and taken away. I have been very happy with the work done. I decided to use the company to fit the film so that I did not experience any problems with fitting and to benefit from the 10 year guarantee. Unfortunately, I have had to replace a blown unit that had the medium reflective film from last year on it, and the company kindly replaced and fitted the film for free.
