I ordered a product the carrier delivered it to the wrong location.
I sent an email to Wilson explaining this. The same day they got back to me letting me know they are sending another one out to me.
The carrier located the product and delivered it to my home. I contacted Wilson and informed them I received the original order. Therefore no need to resend but if to late bill me and I will pay for the additional product.
Wilson got back to me stating they have sent the product and they will cover the cost.
Wilson is an excellent company. Not only do they respond quickly ( as many of us know, getting a response from a company all is an achievement) they sent an additional product with no charge.
I recommend them highly and I will be a loyal customer to Wilson as they deserve.

I've got Supplements from them and, not only they do a great job at posting the benefits of the sups, they ship really fast even when using free shipping, I recently had an issue with my shipment, and they helped he fix it in less than, 24h. I highly recommend to any type of fitness goal!

Customer service was excellent. I accidentally sent it to my old address. I contacted them and they reshipped it immediately to my address.

I had a situation arise that I was going out of the country . I had about enough of my normal supplements previously purchased to last a few more days but not beyond that for after I leave . I got on the phone, left my information, and was contacted promptly by Jeff and his crew …I needed to place a new order for sure but needed it expedited before I left. NO PROBLEM !!! Jeff and the guys at WilsonSupplements went into action and DONE !!! I have a hard time finding the caliber of supplements I get from Wilson and more-so, the degree of service they extend to me … always accurate and always promptly delivered… I’ve never had an issue in almost five years of doing business with them . I have two friends at work that I have brought to Wilson as customers and both are happy and always have the same things to say….Prompt , Accurate , and Timely. Jeff !! Ive been a customer close to a year and have never had an issue. That is until recently, my package had inadvertently been shipped to Guam, yes Guam and I live in Colorado lol. I contacted the company by email and phone. Was called back within an hour and another shipment was sent priority express although he didn't need to he sent me a pic of the new tracking. Thanks! I recommend this company! Not just for a1 products but also a1 customer service!

Good and fast delivery

Ordered from this company for the first time ever and paid extra money to have my order expedited. 5 days later, I still haven't received my order and it's at minimum another 2 to 3 days from delivery. Why did I pay for expedited shipping, to wait the same if not longer to receive my product? Don't do it!

This company has their shit together. I only order from here because they have the best prices, and you just get whats expected. Powerful products that deliver great results. Shipping is always super quick (even quicker when you do expedited option). Customer support is also super fast to reply as well. I hope they continue to keep their operations the same.

This company has some of the best customer service ever! The mail lost my shipment and they were super responsive and got me a replacement order within two days. I've never experienced anything quite like this from any other company.

I have been ordering supplements through them for about a year. Every order has been on time, exactly as described and in pristine condition. Recently I ordered the wrong product and reached out to the team to initiate a return for credit. I expected some drawn out and tedious process as you would experience with most companies, but was pleasantly surprised with some of the kindest customer service I have ever received. Isn't it illegal to sell ephedra in the US? Wish I had known that before it made me seriously ill prompting me to Google it. Nothing like the feeling your about to have a heart attack for 24 hours. Thanks for that.
Not saying the whole site is bad but you should indeed Google what your buying before you buy it. There is no oversight warning you of possible interactions or excessive doses between products, they just send you what you order. Of course it's my fault for not understanding what I'm buying but hey nothing like a trip to the hospital for a crash course education. You've been warned. Don't be fooled by the 90% fake reviews on here.
