* Update: To reply to your latest reply Wilson's team, your comment is not true. MG's site clearly says "warranty will not be invalidated if a non-authorised repairer carries out service work", stop dissiminating misinformation.

I've phoned Wilsons MG team regarding a scheduled service that I think is a bit pricey for the amount of work compared with Halfords (and other MG garages).

The person answering the phone mentioned that I would loose my warranty but looking at MG terms of the warranty (can't post links but this is easily found in MG's website) it is clearly mentioned that "warranty will not be invalidated if a non-authorised repairer carries out
service work". Wilsons should stop telling customers that the warranty will be void if they visit other garages, lying is a cheap way to try to do business. The rude way that I was talked to just meant that I won't be visiting their garage for any other services either, their staff should learn some customer service skills.

We've just collected a '22' trade in from Wilsons, all the staff were very welcoming,  our sales girl 'Gemma' was absolutely excellent, the vehicle was serviced, MOT'd and had a scratch that I hadn't noticed when viewing the vehicle polished out, both in our late 60's we're not the most tech savvy people, i was so impressed how Gemma took us through the onboard systems in easy to understand bites, the purchase process was smooth and simple, everything was taken care of.

Mike was really helpful and knowledgeable with excellent customer service (which we have found to be lacking at many other showrooms we have been to).
We’re really looking forward to picking up our car next week!

I had an excellent experience with Wilson, staff and the company director, thanks especially to Matt Brown.
Firstly when I went to conclude PCP deal for a car. Matt and Ali helped me in this matter.
I had paid a £1,000 deposit without fully realising that I was committing to a non-refundable payment, and later on found that I cant buy a car from comapny account due to new HMRC rules to buy a car. Naturally, I was very worried that this would result in a significant financial loss.

As soon as I explained the situation to Matt, he was incredibly understanding and helpful. He immediately said not to worry and took the matter to the director, who was already at the company that day. They agreed to refund the money, and Matt emailed me straight away to confirm that the refund had been processed.

I was genuinely amazed by how quickly and kindly Matt handled everything. He turned what was a very stressful situation for me into a huge relief. His professionalism, empathy and willingness to help really stood out.

Thank you so much, Matt, and thank you to the director and Wilson team for your understanding and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate it!

I Would like to say a huge thank you to Fraiser, Bryan and Ollie for all their help recently.
After a horrific experience at another Chery dealership we were less then enthusiastic about trying to get things resolved.
Thanks to these guys at Chery epsom we now have our new car and we couldn't have been happier at how smooth they made the whole process! We came into the dealership to start the ball rolling for our Mobility car . It was the easiest and smoothest transition I e ever experienced . Within 30 mins we were owners of a new car . Delivery was super fast and will receive the car in 4 days. Thanks Lucy you were amazing , she knows her stuff and gave us plenty of options , many thanks .

Van not charging

The customer service has been extremely disappointing. My son and I have repeatedly had to contact the garage ourselves to chase queries and updates, despite even copying in their customer service department. Unfortunately, they also failed to respond, leaving us feeling completely ignored and frustrated with the level of service.

Edit** It has not been resolved! I already emailed customer care, to which I received no response at all!

Freddie is a very helpful, polite chap, has assisted us with buying two cars now. Very happy.

Disappointing after-sales service
The service was very good and helpful up until I purchased the car. However, after the purchase, my experience changed completely.
I tried to contact them several times by email and phone regarding an issue, but I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. I made several attempts to get in touch, but my calls were not answered and I was simply told that someone would get back to me.
I’m very disappointed with the after-sales communication and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.
