We had two tables, one with six, one with seven people, booked on the phone.

Fatal error. The offer is subject to invisible conditions one if which is If you book on the phone, (they say), the offer doesn't apply.

Nice of them to point out the invisible terms of the offer, after we got there.

Recommend them. Has H*ll frozen over????

25 minutes wait for a vegan bruschetta starter which was nothing special and expensive for what it was.
45 minutes wait between starter and main meal which was incorrect when it arrived. Meal was returned and I was assured correct meal would be ready in 2-3 minutes, 15 minutes later it arrived. Bill was incorrect overcharged by 40%.on all vegan foods. Very disappointed.

This restaurant in our little collection of restaurants in Old Market Hereford is never that busy. However, I wonder why when since eating there for mothers day and last night, you can't fault anything. The waiter/waitresses were great throughout! As a starter, we ate breadsticks with a pesto mayo on mothers day but there was a different menu in which they were no longer available. The waiter suggested that they could be made for us so that was great. Then for dessert, my partner couldn't choose between to options and asked waitress to make a decision, she said well the brownie is homemade - something you rarely hear these days in chain restaurants, so he jumped at the opportunity. Overall, very friendly, happy staff, lovely environment and great food/drinks (coke from was bottle and not tap) :L

Not a bad experience at all.
I/We have come here a number of times. It would appear that the best food is prepared by the smaller chef (Not the giant) and the little guy's presentation and food quality matches that of the upper end restaurants in Hinckley.
The table staff were so lovely. Some little lad (Matt?) wa really funny and helped out when our server (Young girl with no name badge but very polite) was busy sorting out some lary customers.
The place has a very nice atmosphere and although they increased their prices a little, the food was great (Fish, rosotto, any of the pizzas as a calzone).
I genuinely came not expecting much and got great food with exceptional service.
A big thumbs up from me and mine. All of us enjoyed our food!

While being on a trip with my GF in Edinburgh, we stopped for a meal in Wildwood. The service was exceptional. Food was served in timely manner, looked great and was tasty. I had a boar and chorizo burger, where my GF decided to go for a mushroom pasta. Both dishes were on point. Highly recommended!

Excellent food and the staff very friendly making the atmosphere great. Great place to go and eat and relax with all the family or a friend thanks great experience

Toilets disgusting grime on the floor scale round the taps and over flowing bin not nice to see some one else’s mess on toilet!!service was not really good no attention given had to send one of our children to get someone to come to our table to order desserts and more drinks!the food got the 2 stars because it was decent! Had to send child to get the bill! Then they had the cheek in my mind to add £25 for service!!! Very expensive night! Also booked the table in advance when we arrived they hadn’t booked us in. So not a place I would recommend not .

There was a dead spider in our jug of tap water, waitress was not apologetic AT ALL and only exclaimed "poor thing" about the spider. Starters were bland and scarce. Service was slow and terrible! We we were the first to sit downstairs (which was also cold) and by the time we actually received our mains everyone else who sat down after us were already getting the bill/eating dessert. After (rightfully) complaining about the spider in our water the waitress swapped with a waiter, we asked him twice where our main was (after over 30 minutes)--which he then went to whisper in the waitress' ear who then gave us an awful look. Mains finally arrived, flavours were mediocre at best. All four of us ended up with severe gastroenteritis. Also adding we were the only black/brown table of people in the entire restaurant---will never ever eat here again, and will also advise all my friends and family to do the same.

Terrible food, over priced

One of the new Wildwood restaurants, and like a lot of modern establishments it's one large industrial space which personally I don't really like. Sound just reverberates about the area like a school canteen making it hard to have any meaningful conversation.

The food I'd say was average and possibly overpriced. Lasagne at £9 was not that large, was only a lasagne, no slice of garlic bread or a small side salad. The wild boar burger although tasty again only came with fries, no other small side. Certainly other resurants offer better value. On a possitive the pizza's did look good. Desserts again looked average.

Service was fine although nothing special. Would I recommend? If you are out shopping and want something to eat it's ok but there are better places out there.

Walked in off the street on a Saturday evening with two kids, hadn't booked as we had only visited for the day (and didn't realise) and they very kindly accommodated us. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was lovely, thank you!

Good food, great service. A nice place with good value for money.

Lovely food, good portion sizes & a decent price! The staff in the newly opened bicester restaurant are friendly & helpful. It was very busy but the service was quick! Will definately return :)
