What I ordered from the photo on their website arrived and didn't look anything like the photo. Poorly cut, wrong color, wrong style. They didn't offer much except suggested I take it to a hair salon and pay them to make it like the photo

After watching all the wig influencers I trust rave about this company, I took the plunge and purchased a wig from Wigshe. I purchased it in the summer in anticipation of hair loss due to a medical condition. I tried on the wig when I received it and was ok with it at the time. Pros - great natural hairline, comfortable lace, good density. Cons - Color was less than optimal. The rooting line of demarcation was VERY obvious.
Cut to November when I began losing my hair. I started wearing the wig and was happy with it for the first week. However, after I washed it, everything went south. The hair texture was very coarse, and it was extremely damaged. I tried all the tricks out there on the message boards, and NOTHING worked. The hair is crusty and stiff, and rats in the back so bad that I've had to cut out the rats. Do not buy!!

Beware of the deceptive advertising practices of this company. The wigs they showcase look nothing like what you will actually receive. If you try to return your purchase, be prepared for a nightmare with customer service: you'll be forced to pay over $100 to ship the wig back to China, along with a 10% restocking fee for something that doesn't even match your order. This experience is simply not worth it.

You can find better-quality wigs on Amazon that look far more realistic than anything this company offers for a fraction of the price. WigShe, your false scripted advertising is unacceptable. Buyers, pay attention to the hairline in your product images, it's deliberately filtered or blurred out to hide the poorly constructed design. The hairline looks artificial, like something you'd expect from a cheap doll wig, not a real human hairpiece. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs and save up for a better quality wig from a reportable company.

The communication was great. I always knew where I was in the wig making process. After shipping the wig arrived quickly. Although, the wig is darker than I thought it would be it is a beautiful piece. Very happy with my purchase.

I was always scared to go blonde unitil now! The wig itself was very silky and didn't tangle easily. I didn't have to bleach the knots, it came pretty wear ready! The size was perfect for my head because I did't have to cut the side. This is a great wig for those like me want the color but timid to do it naturally! Will try their other wigs soon.

I've worn it and there's been no shedding at all, which is a huge plus for me, small knots make a significant difference they create a very realistic hairline and blends with my skin.
