I love the product and the website was easy to use. This is my third Whirlypop I have purchased.

I purchased the platinum, love the glass lid, easy to clean and you can see the popcorn pop, the pot is also heavy, quality stainless steel. This makes the best popcorn ever, and only takes about 3 minutes. Absolutely love it! Great friendly customer service also. Very happy with my purchase.

Super fast shipping, informational papers/coupons included with parts. I did have to still look up a video to replace the gear and had a hard time doing it until I realized it it should have been done differently.

Received as a Christmas gift. Makes great Pop corn. Kids love using it. It had made it family movie nights much more fun. They sent out some free samples for registering the popper with the company. I registered the popper the day after Christmas. I noticed that the shipping lable was printed but was never picked up. I contacted the company. They told me they would into it and early the next morning they contacted me to tell me they fixed the problem. Received my free samples soon after. Great company. Responds quickly.

Pan came defective with pits (never good for aluminum). I contacted the company and asked for replacement pan, they offered a 20% refund which I accepted with the condition that if the pan gets worse (pits are corrosion which "grow" with time) they will replace the pan. My excitement of the new Whirlypop popcorn popper was tarnished by this experience. I will say customer service is very quick to respond which is appreciated.

Whitley Pop Shop is absolutely fantastic!! I had an issue and the company was directly on the problem!! They were extremely understanding and 100% honest, reliable and stood behind their product and any issue that I had. Then the problem was taken care of immediately. This will be the only place I ever order my popcorn from.

the time zone difference has made it difficult to call you. But I will call. Couple of problems. The popper was dented on the bottom. One of the several bags of popcorn had split. But most problematic is, before ordering the popper I called to make sure it would be induction stove compatible. I was told it was. Well, It's not. I cannot use it.

Love this Popcorn Popper! Also love all the popcorn I purchased! Since popcorn is almost a nightly ritual we know good popcorn. This is it!
