After trying many different styles and types of popcorn poppers, I bought a Whirly Pop Popper and absolutely love it. The real theater popcorn kits make it super easy to make perfectly delicious popcorn every time! My husband and I eat popcorn while watching a movie a few times a week, so we are experienced popcorn people and we both agree this is the absolute best popper, especially with the easy to use popcorn kits. Customer service responded immediately when I had a question about an order I placed. Great company, awesome products.

I liked that the whirley pop with the correct ingredients is able to produce popcorn tasting like the popcorn I get at the movies. I do not like one of the fasteners is already loose and i have only had the pot for less than a month.

The site is simple and exactly what is needed. The prices on the direct site matched or exceeded the deals on resale websites. The product arrived quickly and in perfect condition with guides and free samples. The whirlpool itself makes popcorn that blows airpop and microwaved popcorn out of the water.

Absolutely NO response from customer service in 3 months 4 emails and 2 messages. They do not answer the phone the 4 hours the customer service line is supposed to be open.
I purchased large kits from 2 retailers and a large order directly from them. Returned to both retailers and gave away the stuff direct from them.
I have no idea about the taste or quality, unfortunately, our family never got to use it.

This is my second Whirley Pop. I wore the last one out...literally! I love the popcorn popped in that pot. Big fluffy results..plus the kids love "helping" me turn the whirley jig.

Everything was well packaged, and the whirley pop popper works even better than I hoped. Way better than microwave popcorn, and pops so much better than just a traditional pot. I have a tiny kitchen, so I try to stay from items with only one use, but this is worth it.

I love the popcorn, the popcorn maker and the feeling of comfort they bring. The experience brings me back to ordering things from a family owned company through a mail in catalog experience that made me feel young again. The popcorn comes out perfect every time!

BUYER BEWARE : I ordered from this company on 5/24 and still have not received the product. Their customer service acknowledges communication and email issues on their end, but will not do anything to resolve except offer me a discount on a future order.

They state they show FedEx delivered the item, but are unwilling to open a claim with FedEx. FedEx tells me that is unreasonable, and that the shipper must initiate the claim.

In the end, this company does not care about their customer and you can do better elsewhere. Even if you enjoy their product, I strongly encourage you to not order from this company directly.

I am out the full value of my purchase and they don't seem to care, despite me not receiving the product.

p.s. I'm a repeat customer, but NEVER again.

Bought one of these after reading all of thew glowing reviews. Sadly was not my experience.

The units are not made well. The instructions are incorrect. After emailing the company about the issues they were not helpful, simply referring me to a video that was no help and then ignoring my follow-up email.

The gearing is faulty. The clips have a tendency to slip free of the bucket causing the pot to fall and all of the popcorn to spill out. The last time the popcorn fell across the still hot burner, instantly burning and smoking and ruining my cooktop. What a disaster.

It does make good popcorn but at the cost of frustration and wasted product. There are better solutions out there.

Delivery was quick and the popcorn was amazing
