Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. We were very concerned to read your review and learn that you have not received the Christmas/Winter reading glasses you ordered on November 14, 2025. We completely understand how disappointing and stressful this must be, especially during the holiday season, and we genuinely appreciate your past support and kind words about our products.
Upon investigation, we found that your order's delivery has been impacted by recent severe weather disruptions. Our shipping carrier has advised that winter weather in the Northern Plains, Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and Northeastern US, and flooding in the Pacific Northwest US may delay final delivery of mail and packages. If your delivery address is located in one of these areas, your package's arrival will be unavoidably delayed. To express our sincere regret for this inconvenience, we have processed a $30 refund to your original payment method.
