We implemented the Project Planning and Risk Management modules at the 2023 UCI Cycling Worlds. These modules are a great fit for the event, are intuitive to use and flexible, unlike many other tools. Support from the WeTrack team was great both in terms of quality and time. The reporting tool is easy to use. The team took onboard our feedback on the Risk module and we saw that the products were continuing to be enhanced.

I am an experinced event manager and have been working with WeTrack on two separate sporting events already. I would say I am a general user within the organising team rather than an admin/superuser (as that usually is the project managent team).

I think, based on my proffessional expereince that running major events project planning with massive excel spreadsheets is extremely uneffective and very re-active rather than proactive and efficient. Therefore, using interactive tool with good reporting system, like WeTrack exactly is, brings the project management new 'effectivness' and allows every department within the team to 'own' and directly manage their area. However, as implementation of any change or new system WeTrack requires some basic learning and testing to get the best knowledge how to use it most effectively. Once you learn how to use this tool and work with WeTrack on regular basis (not only updating when all your tasks are red or when project management team requires) you will 'gain' most out of WeTrack. Depending on organisational structure, the lead and overall oversight still should sit with Project Management though, to ensure consistency accross the organisation's WeTrack = Project Plan.
Reporting in WeTrack is also very user-friendly and highly customisable which is major help when presenting KPIs, Milestones, Dependencies or Risks to external stakeholders.
With WeTrack's team Customer Support I have only the best experience. Always very helpful advice, tips and really quick in getting back to users and finding solutions.

WeTrack has become an essential planning and management tool across our business as we run our events across the European Tour and Ryder Cup. The WeTrack team have been fantastic to work with and are constantly available and reactive to feedback. My need was to take a detailed and rigid Excel spreadsheet which recorded all my departments deliverables and migrate the content to an online platform which was easily accessible from any location.
