Delays, obfuscation and more delays . . .
I ordered a blazer and was informed it was back ordered. As that day approached I received another email saying it was delayed again which already pushed it past the event I purchased it for.
When I asked for them to provide alternatives it was like pulling teeth. The alternatives they provided were twice the price of the original item I wanted. They offered to cancel my order but I said I still wanted it.
I've since received two more notices that the item has been delayed again and will now (possibly) arrive two months after ordering. When I finally sent an email about cancelling the order it has gone unanswered. I really wanted to like this company but their customer service, retention and general operation have failed in every way.
