End of tenancy clean
Cleaner went to the wrong address so had to wait an additional 45 minutes. Cleaner almost tried to leave without shampooing the carpet as listed on the checklist I had paid for. Overall the cleaning was average and left dust around carpets from their shoes so needed an additional clean after.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with WL Clean. The booking process was relatively straightforward and Luzuko was helpful. Two cleaners were sent, and while they did a decent job overall, they missed several areas which only got fixed when I pointed them out during inspection.
I specifically asked about appliances and was assured everything was done, so I trusted their word. Later, I discovered the washing machine hadn’t been properly cleaned. I raised this the following Monday with photo evidence, but WL Clean refused to take responsibility, citing their 48-hour policy and dismissing my concern entirely.
This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to provide thorough end of tenancy cleaning. Their disregard for customer feedback explains their consistently low Google reviews. I regret not checking those before booking.

I booked an end of Tenancy cleaning with this company and wish I had done my research on them before booking and paying them. The cleaner broke my blinds, the carpet was dirty like it hadn't been touched and the cleaner was also rude. I complained about the quality of their service and sent pictures to them as proof and asked for some of my money back. Their excuse for their incompetence was that the carpet being dirty was down to wear and tear. I had to pay for cleaning to be done on the carpets through another company who know what they are doing. Please do not use WL Clean.

I had a very very challenging experience with WL Clean for my end-of-tenancy clean in September. I had their cleaners come in for an EOT clean during which they broke the glass clasps inside my oven. Even with their 48 hours deposit guarantee and me informing them of this on the spot, they refused to take responsibility that the cleaners broke it (funny thing I had pictures I shared with them of the cleaners with the oven glass trying to put it back) and were extremely unresponsive for 1 entire week when I was trying to reach them over phone, emails and messages and when they finally replied, they said they can't do anything. My landlords refused to return my deposit until this was resolved. In the end, I had to arrange for replacement clasps and have a technician fix it on my own cost and I ended up raising a dispute through the banking system for this service.

Booked Wl Clean for deep clean. They sent one of their best Anne . She was hardworking, very pleasant to communicate with and she gave her best . She single handedly completed the job and I was very happy with the service.

I wish I would have read reviews here first before paying these guys £350. Long story short like every other review, they send 3 people to clean a 3 bedroom house 2 of them arrive after half day was already gone. Result - Half of the house was left uncleaned, the carpet they claimed to deep clean had damage marks at multiple places. Along with many many other issues.
When contacted to the customer support, they said they will arrange recleaning, which in turn meant on the day of reclean I was told the cleaners can't make it as their machinery broke. Bear in mind that this was told when I enquired about the appointment. They never bothered to tell me from their end. They have provided me another re-clean date, on which I am sure they will come up with some other excuse.
Stay wayyyy away from these guys!
Update: as expected they told me cleaner denied the job and they can't do anything.

They have numerous bad reviews and even delete some to maintain a façade of credibility. Due to their inability to pay wages, we're informing you of this company's true nature. Please, do not go with them. Instead, I recommend choosing a better company that treats its employees and customers with respect.

Based on my personal experience, I encourage potential customers to look up reviews not only here on Google but also on platforms like Trustpilot. It’s important to consider a variety of perspectives. I’ve noticed that some reviews on other platforms, such as Bark, may not fully reflect the true nature of the company’s services. While I can't go into all the details, I suggest looking at all available feedback before making a decision. There will be more to follow... After leaving my review on Bark it seems to have disappeared which is quite odd as I did not remove it almost as if bad reviews are being removed
Cleaner not turned booked for 10am today
A cleaner was supposed to arrive at my house at 10am today. It’s now 1030am and no one has arrived. Can you let me know what is going on? Thanks

Terrible. In every word. Terrible. We paid so much and every time they brought a cleaner that was not qualified, unproductive and just blatantly complains the entire time. 1 month with this company, they call us and let us know that “they can no longer “work with us” and can no longer provide cleaners for us. Absolute rubbish! Do not recommend at all.
Strongly advise using another company
My experience started really pleasantly with a super friendly sales call. Unfortunately my experience went drastically downhill from here onwards.
I travelled 1.5 hours to ensure I was at home in time for my end of tenancy clean only to receive a call at the agreed meeting time to state that the cleaners would be an hour late. I then had to leave my keys in the front garden (far from ideal in London).
I asked the cleaners to let me know what time they would finish the clean to ensure I was there to sign off on the job. I had a message stated that the keys had been left in the front garden again.
When I eventually visited the property, the carpets were wet in random areas (I had booked a carpet shampoo). I then noticed that the carpets were still dusty and that animal fur had not been removed meaning that they had attempted to shampoo the carpets whilst there was still debris on the floor. Completely illogical.
Other issues with the clean were:
-dusty work tops
-limescale on fixtures
-unclean washing machine drawer
-two cracked kitchen cupboards
When the check out report was conducted, all of the above issues were of course mentioned. I contacted WL cleaning straight away to make them aware of the issues. It was really important to me that clean was perfect as I am an estate agent and I actually had a tenant moving into the property two days after the clean took place.
I was repeatedly told that I would get a call back but unsurprisingly, I never received a call.
I then went down the route of writing a formal complaint which was actually responded to very quickly. They acknowledged the issues and offered to return in order to rectify the mistakes.
They emailed me the next day to say that someone could be there within 2 hours. I contacted the new tenant to see if this was possible but he was not able to provide access therefore WL Cleaning said they could return at a later date. It is now two weeks, 7 emails and a lot of stress later and I am yet to hear back from WL Cleaning.
My previous landlord has now had to instruct another full end of tenancy clean (£450) which will be deducted from my deposit in full.
Needless to say, I have raised a complaint with my credit card provider to request the funds back due to WL cleaning’s laziness.
This is a company that should not be operating. I have also raised a complaint with trading standards who are due to conduct an investigation.
WL Clean broke two of my windows and refuse to do anything about it!
Booked an end of tenancy clean. If I could leave a zero star review I would. Absolutely disgusted with this company and the way they treat their customers. The cleaning team arrived two hours late, making me late for work. They were very dismissive and declined to give me enough notice to return to the property for a walk through before leaving. They wouldn’t even send pictures. When I returned to the property, I discovered that they’d damaged two of my windows. This is now coming out of my security deposit.
So now I’m out of pocket £300+ for the shoddy clean and losing my security deposit to fix the damage caused.
The customer service has been terrible, I’ve been phoning and emailing for days and gotten nowhere with resolving this.
I wouldn’t recommend this cleaning company to anyone. Steer clear.
Cleaner left a damaged worktop - WL did nothing.
I recently used WL cleaning for an end of tenancy clean. All appear well, the cleaner arrived on time, albeit on her own, which I though was odd for the end of tenancy clean of a 2 bed house but she confirmed someone else would be attending shortly. She was on time and polite.
We arrived back the next day, less than 24hrs later for the walk though as her WL’s policy.
The house was generically cleaned to a good standard. I was unsure if the hard floors had been washed and if the upstairs had been hoovered but upon speaking with the cleaner, she confirmed that had been, perhaps not to a great standard but as I say, the rest of the house was good so I ignored that issue.
The main issue both myself and my partner instantly found was a number of marks in the same place within the kitchen. The marks were inbetween the sink and the oven/hob. My assumption from looking at them was that some sort of bleach had been used on parts of the oven and possibly placed there. It appeared that something had burned off the laquor or covering on the laminate worktop. If bark allows, I will post photos after this review. It was very disappointing because as I said before, the clean was generally to a good standard; but the most disappointing part was yet to come.
After speaking with the cleaner, whom I sent the photos to, she apologised on the phone and “noted the damages” within messages. But at no point denied seeing the stain before.
The house itself is in extremely good conditions. We treated it like our own home. The rest of the worktop is in excellent condition so it is an immediate and very obvious.
We took photos and informed WL cleaning who said they would investigate. In the mean time, I also passed to them, the cost of the worktop as a replacement which our landlord had sent to us.
WL replied with the following -
Following a thorough investigation into the matter you raised concerning the worktop, we regret to inform you that we have found no reasonable basis to approve the damage claim. Our review concluded that there is insufficient evidence to substantiate that the damage was caused by our cleaner.
Furthermore, we must clarify that we cannot accept liability for any additional charges imposed by your landlord in connection with this matter.
A very short, we don’t believe you reply in effect. I wanted to write this review; I’m just a normal guy who looked after a house and wanted it professionally cleaned to hopefully get back all of my deposit.
I don’t really know what more I could have done to provide WL with a reasonable basis to approve the claim baring taking photos of the entire house before the cleaning had commenced. To be honest, I had poor cleans from cleaning companies before but never any damage so this is new territory for me. Based on my previous experience I went though 3-4 companies and spoke with them and picked what I thought was a good one based off of reviews. The standard of clean was good. The customer service was not. I’m writing this because although I understand it was an accident, they have insurance for these types of things I assume. And if just one person chooses to use someone else based on this review, then it was worth taking the time to write. Please avoid WL cleaning.
Endless Phone Calls
WL Cleaning have rung me none stop since I posted my job on Bark. On the first day (at which point I was in the process of moving out so didn't have time to take calls) they called me 4 times in 30 minutes. I blocked them at that point, and they have proceeded to leave me 11 voice mails this week.

With my flat mates we had an end of tenancy clean scheduled well in advance. Received multiple confirmations of the time and date. On the day of clean, the cleaner never turned up, it was then rescheduled to later that day however the same thing happened again. No communication from the company themselves, we had to call ourselves to find out what was going on. Supposedly on the first attempt the cleaners car had broken down and then the second one just cancelled. After stressing the urgency to get someone new sent out, the company told us that they couldn’t find anyone. Awful customer service and a complete scam of a company. DO NOT BOOK.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. MASSIVE SCAM. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a clean scheduled in for 8am on 30/10, cleaners never turned up, no call from the company whatsoever to notify me of a delay. After calling myself I was told the car had broken down and that the clean would be rescheduled for 1pm. The new cleaner was supposedly not coming by company car but by public transport, but the Patricia was adamant that the clean would still be professional and all the equipment would be put in a taxi. At 1pm, one turned up again. No one called from the company to inform me of a delay. After calling myself they told me that the cleaner had cancelled and that they would not be able to find a cleaner to do the job so now I’ve had to find a last minute cleaning company to carry out an end of tenancy clean. Absolutely disgusting company and customer service. The company even hung up and refused to take the calls when I was forced to call up multiple times due to their cleaner not showering up. Will be reporting to my credit card company. The worst thing is that the company actually called me to book the job in after seeing my advert. The lady I was dealing with was Patricia Shange - be aware.
Aweful Service
Do not acquire cleaning service from this company at all if can. They are not professional, and failed to get their service done. I opted for an end of tenancy cleaning, but what they did was a big mess. They arrived late at my house, lied to me about the cleaning process progressing well when they did not even start at that point in time, the cleaners left the place with full on dust, water marks on appliances, rubbish left behind and etc. DON'T GO TO THEM!
