First visit after changing dental practice…. What an absolute pleasure it was. Great reception, very friendly, lovely comfortable waiting area…. Our Dentist, Alison, was marvellous, very thorough and puts you at ease.

Visited hygienist and dentist on the same day. Both were very nice and highly professional.
My teeth were meticulously cleaned and are whiter. The dentist methodically checked all teeth and reviewed my X-rays. She gave me some advice for the future I was not previously aware of.
Totally satisfied with the first rate service.

The receptionist was very welcoming and remembered me from my initial enquiry which was a nice touch , everything was explained to me fully about the different levels of cover so that I could make an informed choice

As a first visit to a dentist in 2 years my experience with West End Dental practice in Porthmadog was a very good one. I felt comfortable from entry into the building and was put at ease immediately, an unusual feeling for someone nervous about dental visits! My initial appointment was free but I felt that my dentist, Alison Kime, was very thorough and did not force me to have treatments I didn't need. I also had 3 x-rays and a positive experience relating to the health of my teeth and gums
The receptionist was also friendly and efficient and left I with 3 appointments fixed and without feeling that I had been pushed into a sales pitch to make me join the dental practice.

Brilliant dentist, I registered with the dental building back in 1997.
It’s even better now west End Dental took over some years back.
I travel over an hour for my treatment I wouldn’t move to another dental surgery, the care given is out standing.

I came in for a routine check up a few weeks ago and had my two year old son with me. The dentist and nurses were absolutely amazing assisting with my son when he became a bit restless while I had my X-rays done and what could have been a very stressful situation. Diolch :)

Just joined the Porthmadog dental practice and delighted with my experience. My new dentist, Mrs Alison Kime, took the time to explain what was happening with my teeth, and how to remedy the problem, her clear passion for her work shining through. Lovely, helpful reception staff, calming background music, clear information, all contributed to a positive and reassuring experience.

Always a calming experience.Staff very Friendly.Dentist and Hygienist always inform you of what procedure they are doing.I was never keen ongoing to the Dentist now I feel comfortable going.
