Very friendly,. First class facilities and treatment.

Stone age dentistry on a shoestring with 'dentists' who by their own admissions are general practice and in one case could not offer any treatment whatsoever so out of their depth were they.They might as well have employed a witchdoctor for on a prior visit to another of their 'dentists' there was no suitable required colourant of filling,no hygeinist,no assistant to dentist,the dentists room was cheap!y and nastily fitted out,I would rather have been in a garage and jacked up for inspection by a mechanic who would have had more clue.Thank god I have now received proper dental treatment and completed the work that these chancers could not do.In 60 years of visiting dentists I can safely say these are the worst.

Very pleasant staff, felt very comfy and everything explained throughly. All questions answered perfectly, for me to decide on my options of treatment.

Toni, the Dental Hygienist at Porthmadog, is absolutely wonderful. She gives great advice, is a wonderfully clear communicator, and is supportive and professional throughout the session. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Toni, and to those who may be slightly nervous or hesitant she if first class. 10/10

My treatment is still ongoing at the Porthmadog clinic. My impression so far is that it is an exceptionally well managed practice, especially during this covid situation, very patient orientated. The treatment is thorough, with far superior steps, than similar treatments I have had in other practices. I am left feeling reassured that this time I will have much better success than on all the other occasions. Highly recommended, will report on the final outcome.

Dr. Khamal has been my dentist since he came to West End Dental in Porthmadog. He has examined and x-rayed my teeth several times and within the last several months has extracted a tooth and performed a root canal. I have healed well after both procedures.
Dr. Khamar is a natural teacher and has given me information that has helped me to improve the health of my mouth and teeth.
During the dental procedure in process Dr. Khamar continually informs me about what he is going to do and he informs me fully about potential experiences and outcomes following the procedures.
I appreciate his manner with the dental assistant that is present, it is always professional and courteous.
I also want to express my appreciation for Shannon Marie Jones, who has always been in charge of the front desk when I have been to West End Dental during the last several months. She is welcoming, courteous, cheerful, helpful and efficient. If I have a query about practical procedures, Ms. Jones answers it promptly and fully.
The other staff members who have been present for dental procedures have been efficient and friendly and courteous.
