Vincent, Capital West, was true to his word. He helped me through every step refinancing my home. He was patient, personable and professional. Honestly, he had compassion for me as a person. After we closed he still answered my questions. I received the interest and cash out we discussed. I received checks to pay off my credit card debt. He's an honest man. Upfront & transparent
West Capital Lending was very upfront & transparent about the HELOC. The online application was very easy. Gage Brodersen, MLO was there if I needed any additional information or instruction. Everything went very smoothly & I received my funds within 2 weeks. I'm glad I made this choice.
