My service was exceptional! Brandon was super accommodating and made sure I was updated at every point in the process.

Alex did his job very professionally, was there for a recall, let me know 2 oil changes is available a year at no charge.

Sales staff (Waseam and Mahmood) were knowledgeable regarding hybrid system and Toyota vehicles overall. Ali in finance was knowledgeable with his part of the sale transaction. He was willing to spend the time necessary to get my questions answered. I am not an "extended warranty" guy, but he convinced me to buy it. I had a misunderstanding regarding floor mats and cargo mat. Joanne provided a review of my phone discussion with Waseam regarding the sale parameters and settled on an $8.00 or 6.8% discount for the cargo mat. Joanne also referred me to a very knowledgeable hybrid/vehicle individual who was able to answer my follow up questions. I do not recall his name. My $50K RAV4 has memory seats that are not connected to the side mirrors. Toyota saved a few $'s by not providing that. Not a good decision in my opinion. I would recommend all sales staff points this shortfall out to potential vehicle buyers that the memory button does not control the side mirrors. I am not saying it would have been a dealbreaker, but I would have preferred to know this while deciding made the purchase.

When I first came there late in the evening, I was greeted and treated nicely. I also was able to work with Noah comfortably after telling him what used cars I wanted to see and test drive. We found a top candidate vehicle on that evening.

After telling my mother about the vehicle and riding with me and Noah, she agreed it was a good car for me, too. After some tense negotiating, we bought the vehicle with cash. I am happy with my purchase. Noah made me feel comfortable to work with him and I felt safe and treated well at your dealer from start to finish.

If you can please see that Noah gets recognized on my behalf, I would be most grateful. If any friends of mine need a car soon, I will try to put in a word for your dealer. Thank you to Noah and the rest of you once again.

My service rep, Alex, was great. However, when I arrived, I was solicited by someone who doesn't work for Toyota who wanted to talk me into replacing my windshield because it had a tiny crack (that I couldn't even see) in it! Also, when Alex called to tell me it was done, he had been told that the windshield wipers needed replacing - but I had just replaced them the week before! So, someone was making recommendations without even checking to see if they needed to be done. I didn't appreciate either having to fight off windshield vendors or being told that unnecessary work should be done on my car.
