I placed a rush order specifically because the website showed delivery by Friday, April 3. That delivery date was the deciding factor in my purchase.
After placing the order, I was later told it would only be shipped out on that same day — meaning it would not arrive as advertised.
When I asked for clarification, customer service repeatedly avoided answering whether it would arrive on time and only stated that it would “ship today.” It wasn’t until I pressed for a direct answer that they admitted it would not arrive as promised.
Because the order was time-sensitive, it became completely useless to me. I had to request a cancellation and refund due to their failure to meet the advertised delivery timeframe.
While they eventually agreed to a refund, the process required unnecessary back-and-forth and clear answers were not provided upfront.
Be cautious when relying on their advertised delivery dates, especially for time-sensitive orders.
