Ordered a simple house number on a piece of slate; received a top quality, well crafted product worth £55. Took 4 weeks from order to receiving it. Would have been 5 stars if I was kept informed of order processing/ despatch. 2 automated emails like that would have made me feel more secure that my order was in progress!

This is the second sign I have ordered and the quality and the service was exactly the same, excellent.

Sign is well made and looks weather proof, just right for our Cotswold Mill. Took a bit longer than expected but arrived well packed in the end. A bit more communication for the customer would help. Glad to support a small business.

Did not deliver after 16 days so cancelled order. No refund paid until I went to my bank. Cannot speak to anyone in person only leave a message for someone called Shaun.

Just received my sign. It looks great and I think the price was competitive. Delivery took longer than expected, but Dec 2020 is not a normal month. Maybe an email setting a likely delivery date would manage expectations? In summary, worth the wait.

I looked at a lot similar products that were double or more the cost of the ones on Welshslatehousesigns so I was very dubious regarding the quality. However I shouldn't have worried the sign was beautiful and fantastic quality. I must admit I was little worried about the fixing instructions never using epoxy resin glue as the sign is fairly heavy but using the fittings supplied an glue made for a very strong fitting to a brick wall,

Received my slate house number sign today and the quality is superb throughout, worth every penny. Also the packaging was very impressive and totally courier proof. 100% recommended without hesitation!

It arrived by courier next day after dispatch and it was just as we had designed on the excellent website. It was about two weeks for the sign to be made and it was well worth the wait. We ordered a new house sign from this company, it has been beautifully made with good quality slate and looks fantastic. The sign was ordered at the begining of lockdown so took a little longer than the advertised lead time, when we sent an email enquiring estimated delivery date, we received a reply immediately, explaning that Shaun was currently working on his own so orders were taking a little longer than normal. I have been trying to contact the company for weeks and have sent numerous email regarding an incorrect spelling on 2 of the signs that were ordered, still waiting for a response!! I understand that replies may take a little longer than normal at this time but not to reply at all is very unprofessional, would certainly never use this company again and would not advise anyone else to.
