Abusing the elderly
Appalling service.
Making the elderly queue for more than 2 hours!
Then after queuing for 2 hours some people were turned away because they wanted to close!!
This place needs serious attention.
Not fit for purpose.

Unable to collect prescription
Not worth a single star, but its the lowest available.
I've been waiting for 2 weeks to collect my prescription. Only having an hour for lunch doesn't give me enough time to get to the chemist, join a que of a dozen people and drive back. I went to the chemist Saturday morning, at 9:30 still closed 1/2 hour after opening time. This morning my wife joined a que of 20 people there before the shop even opened.
Absolutely APPALLING service. I shall never user Well again!
