I always use the pharmacy at the Ashfields centre it’s usually busy however the staff try there best and are very polite.

I have not had a single problem from Well ever since I changed over from Ashfields

Well Pharmacy Ashfields have been absolutely amazing in delivering my Husband's prescriptions to me whilst he had small cell lung cancer. They made my life a lot easier and I would like to express my extreme gratitude. Thank you so much each and every one of you.

Very professional.let's me know when the order has been taken and when it will be delivered...And it always arrived in time.

After being at the receiving end of some terrible customer service at another branch of Well Pharmacy in Sandbach I went to the branch at Ashfields to see if they could help. The member of staff went out of her way to help me and arranged to get the rest of my Mum's antibiotic, which was owing to her and out of stock to order, sent over from another branch who had stock. She advised that as the medication would be in capsule form and not tablets that I would need to speak to the surgery next door to ask for another prescription which I did. I picked up the capsules on the Monday as arranged. Thank you for going out of your way to help. I will be using this branch in future. Also, the Pharmacy is looking great. It is looking much more organised.

This pharmacy has come under a large amount of criticism and complaints of recent due to long queues and long waiting times for perception preparation (A result of many good reasons I am sure but i too have been frustrated previously). Well I wanted to just provide them with some positive feedback for a change!
I went in this morning to collect my prescription (with an expectation of a long wait or come back later) but not a chance. This was the most pleasant pharmacy visit I have had anywhere. The staff were speedy and efficient. My prescription was ready to go when I got to the till and then the staff member who served me, Sue needed a special mention. She was so friendly and gave me great advice on saving me future money on my prescription by looking into a prepayment with the NHS. She completed a form for me and I went on my way a very happy customer.
Keep up the good work and brush off the previous negatives and stride onwards and upwards 👍

Dreadful experience of Well Pharmacy. Gave pharmacy seven days' notice of a prescription. Arrived to pick it up and was told to come back in an hour as it was not ready. Returned 90 minutes later and prescription still not ready. Was then told that items had not yet been delivered. When challenging the manager on why the service was so poor, I was told that the pharmacy was 'in crisis' and that all the staff had left. The queue was huge on both my visits, with many people experiencing similar problems, so it took some time before you got to the front of the queue to receive the bad news about your prescription. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Received my medications within 3 days of my prescription order.

Above and beyond helpful

Ordering is easy, then just wait for my prescription to arrive. Normally 4 or 5 days. It's so easy once set up - and that's easy too.

Usual good service failed this time waited about 2 plus weeks for delivery! missed a weeks medication through this.

Marvellous service-medication received well within the 14 days advised on the website. Has served me well during lockdown to the current date saving visits to gp surgery and chemists to procure my prescription! So grateful for this service!!!!
