Overall a good easy process, filled everything out online, posted the games off. Overall a good easy process. Only gripe was the time between the games being sent, processed and payment being received. But overall happy with the service.

I'll give it 3 stars. I'll start off with the negatives. The shipping time took 2 weeks to arrive and to check my order. I believe this is outrageously long, but as a positive, they answered the phone, no hassle, and told me they can help me straight away. I got paid a few days later.

Easy to use app. Great transaction, I received payment very shortly after I posted the games. Fantastic experience for my first sell with this company.

Unfortunately, it took an age to get a final payment. It might have been due to the fact that Evri was slow getting the product to We Buy Games. It may have impacted with a back log once it did get through. From picking it up to getting payment through took two weeks! Apart from that everything else went through okay.

Great company fast payment once items were received, the only thing that lets you down is using Evri as your delivery company

Thought I'd have a clear out of all my consoles and this company came up,all good apart from couldn't add more than one item to the basket, easily sorted with a phone call, happy with what they offered me

I wanted to sell some old PS2 games and found their website checking system extremely convenient and efficient. It was great to be able to send them off free of charge and receive payment very promptly. All very impressive.

Quick service and as l don't have a printer the barcode was sent to me so l could send the items l was selling in post.

This was my first experience of using this company and it was so easy and stress free. I posted the items and received my payment all within a week, with no problems at all. Getting them picked up was also really useful. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I had a great experience with We Buy Games. The process of entering barcodes to check what could be sent was straightforward, although it’s unfortunate that they don’t accept everything, as many items might end up in landfill. Their instructions are clear, and arranging for postage was easy. Evri collected my items promptly, and I received the amount quoted within the specified time. Despite an initial hiccup with the courier, everything was resolved smoothly. It’s reassuring to know that surplus items like games and even loose Lego can find a new home rather than being discarded. Their competitive prices and quick payments make the service highly recommendable.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFFS.

Downloaded the app and started following what to do. Because some of the skylanders figures I wanted to sell wasnt in their catalogue I sent an email asking if they still bought the items yes send picutres and names, done, got a quote for only half the items on the email (left off disney infinity, game discs, portals) so asked about the rest got another reply with a price asked it if it was the total for everything or if it was 2 quotes to which I got the first price was for the previous list. So i thought well adding the 2 prices together not a bad quote so wrote the adding up in my reply incase of comeback. Nope I was wrong there was a 40p difference for a load of disney infinity figures, 2 games portals, and 3 game discs. I told them to stick it. I was offered more on the app for less figures.

We buy any games supplied me completely the wrong CD and then tried to offer me a 50% discount if I accepted it. I refused they then processed the refund through amazon saying I had accepted it! They made a false trade declaration about the CD to start with and then conned me out of half the refund! Liars

The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Selling PC games is easy on We Buy Games. Evri collected the items from my house the next morning and i had the money in my bank within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend them.
