Weatherguard replaced our single glazed wooden sash windows with double glazed wooden ones. They worked with us to ensure we got a traditional look to suit the age of the cottage. They were fitted well at a reasonable price with friendly fitters. Lots of people have commented on how good the windows look, we are really pleased with them.

Everything as expected .. ordered , they gave a date and fitted ..all in all good service . Would highly recommend

Well, after getting quotes from a fair few companies for replacements windows and doors, and having the 'hard sell' thrown at me it was like fresh air when Faz turned up. He was thorough and patient - totally understood that it's a big purchase and not to be rushed. He explained the science behind the heat ratings (which to be fair, went straight over my head? but he was so passionate about the company and their products! Pricing was fair and they met me at my maximum budget. The wait between signing up and install was longer than the 6-8 weeks - more like 12-14 - but as it was summer it wasn't an issue really. The install team were great guys, polite but friendly and they cleaned up as they went along - bonus!! The overall install and finish is exactly what I was expecting - brilliant! Also 2 months after the install I had an issue with my patio door not locking - I contacted them and within half an hour someone was here to fix it - what can I say except 'Thank you'!

Wonderful guys do what the say extremely happy with their service would recommend them . Fisal was a great person to deal with absolutely a gentleman.

Just had new windows fitted with Weather Guard windows, the fitters were very good left no mess and did a super job from start to finish and delighted with the finished product. t,s made a big improvement to the appearance of our house delighted.

First of all i would like to say what beautiful doors, had to wait a while but understood with the way things are going timescale wise, good installers amazing finishing and now looking forward to hopefully my new windows being installed, reccomend this company, no sales spiel no bargaining straight talking quote you get what you pay for.. Brilliant company just had 7 sash windows replaced on our barn conversion, had a cut out for a set of bi folds, excellent work, price was good salesman on point kept in touch throughout the whole project next thing they on with is our conservatory, highly recommended firm. This so called professional company have made me ill with their appalling customer service and their so called business professional way of treating paying customer's. They took a cash deposit from me on the 11th of June 2021 of £1470.00 whereby I was assured by their representative for their company that my fencing, shed, garage side door, garage side window , gate and panels would be fitted at the beginning of July. I had no contact from this company only the calls I made to them regarding the installment date. I telephoned this company agai on the afternoon of the 5th of August to which I was informed that all the necessary supplies to complete the contract that we had made had been obtained and the work would commence on Monday the 9th of August and you would be arriving at 10 in the morning . I made arrangements with neighbours to make sure your team of fitters had everything they needed and I left soft drinks and snacks on the back step with the keys. My neighbours contacted me at work to inform me at 11 am that no one had turned up. At 11.45 I rang your company to be told by your representative that "if they haven't arrived yet then they won't be coming today",. I then tried to call Weatherguard Windows on numerous occasions and just got call ended ?? The representative for the company had given me an alternative number to ring when I placed my order on the 11th of June 2021 but it just went onto voicemail ? So I then tried to contact the company on 0800 number to which the line was dead? I was distraught my £1470.00 pounds was a huge amount of money!! The amount of phone calls I made to the company!! Plus told time and time again they would ring me back and didn't .I told Weatherguard they was totally in breach of their contract and all I wanted was my £1470.00 pounds back to which they still messed me about until finally my deposit was refunded after 11 weeks of sheer stress that has made me so poorly so please read my review !! This should not happen in this day and age especially to a lady that is nearly 60 and lives alone. I don't want anyone to have to be put through
what I have by this company.

Very happy with new front and back doors, both fitted in under three hours. Really stylish glass which let's in much needed light. The two fitters were really friendly and they cleaned after themselves. Thanks

Appalling customer service, fitted faulty window keep ringing told they would get back to me never do, virtually rendered my upstairs uninhabitable and they don't care, team that fitted windows weren't one of there teams, turned up late didn't leave till 1:30 in the morning, damaged kitchen cabinet after being told won't hold there weight, broke light shade, expanding foam and mastic everywhere, and weather guard not interested got my money don't care about after service
Now after seeking legal advice will be approaching visa to open a case to get my money back or preferably the windows repaired, if that fails then court action.
Nice windows, poor customer service, shoddy installation, use at your peril!

We had porch windows installed by Weatherguard and are very pleased with the quality and value of the work carried out. The fitters were pleasant and efficient and provided great service. We would definitely use Weatherguard again and would recommend to others.

Promise the door will be installed in May but changed dates 100 times. poor communication,this company is very bad at customer service and they have no idea how to value a customer. We wasted our 12 weeks which was very frustrating. They did not give deposit back straight away, I have to wait 10 days to get my money back. This company is worst honestly. We did not have confidence at all that they will install the door in August as we know there will be another excuse in August.Please guys do not use them.

We had installation of few windows in April and everything goes so smooth and so quick, highly recommend it Weatherguard windows, top company, thank you to Michael and his son for top job!!!

An excellent product and a very well executed installation. along with a good price would recommend.

Our French doors have transformed our kitchen, they are beautiful and so happy with them. The service was great, right through from placing the order to installation. We had just moved in when the salesman came round to quote us, and he understood our situation with not knowing when we would be ready to have them installed and wasn't pushy, which was really appreciated. I just had to call when we were ready.

The fitters were fantastic, a very tidy job, and they talked to us to make sure the finish was exactly what we wanted and made sure the frame fit perfectly around our awkward tiles! Thank you.

The installation had to be delayed due to my ill health, company said no worries and came back a week later than planned to do the work. An excellent job, very pleased with the new doors and windows.

I had approached this company for a quote for my bay window that needed replacing (plus I wanted a redesign of the window) and a composite front door.
The salesman that came was no pressure. One straight very reasonable price, even though the door was made in Germany within five weeks my work has been completed. The guys who came to do the work were friendly and cleaned up as they went along.
I have been informed by both the guys who did the work and weatherguard themselves if I have any problems just to get back in touch with them. The way I have been treated I feel no hesitation should I have a problem.
I was kept informed during the whole process.
I would not hesitate in using them again. Highly recommend......great price for quality work.

Very good communication throughout from Razwan. Fitters turned up on time, were friendly and did a good job of fitting the new door and side panels. Good quality and a fair price.

I couldn’t have had a better experience with this company. My new windows were made and installed within a couple of weeks. They were very efficient and the installers managed to fit the news ones (5) within 5 hours. I’m very impressed by the company and would recommend to others.
