Pre-made product (rattle) was delivered 7 weeks after ordering, with no follow-up. When I emailed them 3 different times at 3 different emails, never received any response.

Milo's specialises in Handmade & Unique clothing and accessories from Premature to Age 12. Mamas & Papas we've got you covered too! From sizes XXS to XXXXXL. If you're looking for unique, high quality but affordable pieces then we're your shop! I was pregnant and I was really struggling to find fun and exciting clothes that differed from the same supermarket and high street options. I needed something hardwearing, soft, trendy but still affordable, but I found myself struggling to find the quality and designs that I wanted, so I started to look for fabrics, and my love and passion for making baby clothes began. I used my BA (Hons) in Fashion & Textiles and created an entire wardrobe for my baby, once he was here people were stopping me in the street to ask where his hoodie was from, or where his leggings were from and that's how this little business started! We've grown over the last four years to include a wider range of items and a full size range. Every single piece in handmade by me and fully BSA and EU health and safety compliant. All fabric used is Oeko-Tex certified which means that no harmful chemicals were used during the manufacturing and dying process. Ashley & Milo XO

No communication, no item, no customer service. Avoid.

Having paid for an order on the 9th October and money being sent, heard absolutely nothing from the company for well over a week. Sent emails that were ignored. (This item was pre made cardboard den...not something that needs hand making or has a lead time for delivery)

Having then found a contact on Instagram, the 17th, and I was assured the order would be sent out by the end of the weekend, (by the 19th) as people had been on holiday.

Unfortunately it wasn't sent as they stated, but I remained hopeful that maybe someone would contact me about the delay or provide some information on when they planned to send. They didn't.

I chased again 5 days later, when I still had no emails or communication asking if anyone could check what was happening. at this point Ashley immediately cancelled the order, essentially telling me it was cancelled because I had the audacity to ask if someone could let me know what was happening, rather than just sending the item she has sat on money for two weeks for

A terrible way to do business, poor customer service and attitude in general.

Great brand!

I’ve brought several items from Wear Milo’s including sweatshirts, hoodies, adults clothes, children’s clothes and custom made items. All of the fabrics wear and wash well and the designs are lovely which keeps me coming back to order more.

The perfect handmade gift

I ordered a crochet rainbow as a gift and it was perfect! Lots of colours to choose from so I found the exact combination I was looking for. It arrived beautifully packaged (the branded tissue paper and sticker seal is a lovely touch) and the recipient was delighted with the gift! If you’re looking for something special as a gift I would definitely recommend wear Milo’s - quality and service is exceptional and prices are a steal for the quality you get. This isn’t my first purchase and won’t be my last.

Amazing as always

Amazing as always!

We have been long time customers of wear Milo’s and I have not had one item I wasn’t beautifully made and amazing quality! We always get lots of comments on my sons clothes and how lovely they are. We would recommend Milo’s 1 million times over.

Such an amazing family run business…

Such an amazing family run business with its customers always at the front of their minds. The website is easy and simple to navigate. Communications are always open and answered quickly with orders being personalised. The items when received are beautifully, sustainably, and well packaged, making it a true excitement to open when received. All items, whatever purchased, are well made and last, whatever activities you do in them. Love ordering and receiving our wear milos orders, thank you

If in doubt don’t wait just do it you won’t regret it!
Ps. No I haven’t been asked to write this I just am very appreciative and wish I was better at sewing myself.

I purchased a Hungry Caterpillar Story…

I purchased a Hungry Caterpillar Story Sack and am over the moon with it !
I am amazed at how big it was and the quality is amazing.
Good value for money and great customer service!
I can't wait for my daughter to open it on her 3rd Birthday.
I am looking forward to my second order arriving now!
