Have returned to we are mortgages several time now. Staff are knowledgeable and experienced. Have been really helpful in a stressful time.

Firstly, I want to thank Annie and Zoe for making my life easier and less painful.

I was referred to We Are Mortgages by an estate agent.
At first, I was not expecting much everyone recommends one to another but when it comes to explaining things or answering questions, and keeping you updated on the process things turn downhill. After my consultation call with Annie,the way she explained things by being approachable, helpful and assuring I thought to myself they are the one.

I decided to provide the necessary information and book a face-to-face meeting to see what is available for me in the market.

This time I meet Zoe very helpful,
positive, knowledgeable Mortgage Adviser. She took me through the process answered all my questions and gave me an illustration of how my Mortgage Illustration would look like, made me comfortable with the payment options. We have decided to go forward and apply for the mortgage and my offer arrived within a week. This must be a world record I was not expecting things to go this fast. They have also kept me updated regularly and advised me to my Solicitor/Conveyancer which took a weight off my shoulders.

All in all my customer experience with them was perfect they go above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough.

Highly recommend WAM!! From the very start it was such an easy process. Big shout out to Eva and Annie who have been looking after me! I'm self employed so always a little tricky getting a mortgage. Not for Eva! You can tell she really loves what she does and both Eva and Annie managed to get me a mortgage offer within 4 day! Really enjoyed the experience with WAM. So helpful and efficient. I did have incredible experience with Stephen & Sorcha. Stephen is very honest, detailed advice given and extremely helpful throughout the whole process as I had second res mortgage which was bit tricky which he made it possible and worth paying their fees too. Also, Sorcha was extremely helpful who provided regular update and very polite. I will recommend this company for anyone.

This is the 4th time we've been through this process and WeAreMortgages were by far the best. Efficient, organised and professional. Stephen Warner is probably the best broker we've worked with. His knowledge of self employment/company ownership is invaluable in finding the right lenders. Being self employed it's been notoriously painful process gathering all the relevant documents and getting an offer over the line but it was seamless.
