After creating a support ticket - I got a super-quick response and discovered the error was on my part and was fixed right away. My Experience with Reign Theme + Reign WCFM Addon from WBcom Designs

I’d like to share my experience with the Reign Theme and the Reign WCFM Addon by WBcom Designs. Hopefully, it helps others make an informed decision.

I’m currently building a free platform where I want to showcase good business practices from Indian companies. For this, I purchased the Reign Theme along with the WCFM Addon, thinking it would be a good fit for my setup based on their description.

Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing.

Technical Issues

Right from the start, the theme and addon didn’t work properly. I encountered multiple bugs, and several core functions were broken or simply incompatible with my setup. I tried to troubleshoot on my own, but it was clear that the product wasn’t stable.

No Support

I wrote countless emails to their support team asking for help—honestly, too many to count. I never received any real response. Not even a “we’re looking into it.” Complete silence.

No Refund

In the U.S., it's normal for companies to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if a product doesn't work. But in this case: no reply, no refund, no acknowledgment at all. I felt completely ignored.

Account Deleted Without Warning

After I asked them to remove my payment information, my entire account was suddenly deleted—without any notice. I lost access to everything: the theme, license keys, documentation, downloads. Gone in a flash.

Serious Concerns About Data Privacy

To this day, I never received confirmation that my payment data was actually removed. Since my profile was deleted so abruptly, I now have serious concerns about how this company handles sensitive customer data. I truly hope they won’t misuse it.

Final Thoughts

I honestly cannot recommend WBcom Designs. The product didn’t work, support was non-existent, and when I asked tough questions, they deleted my account. That’s not how a trustworthy company should operate.
If you’re thinking about buying from them, please be cautious—especially if you're sharing personal or payment data.
