Canadian company offering nice furniture, however customer service is non existent! After 3-5 days ordering fir an "in stock" item I am into approximately 25 days and WAZO is pointing the finger at 'their" shipping partner, we'll I ordered from Wazo, paid Wazo and am waiting for Wazo to step up.

Customer service for this company is non existent. Took six weeks for an in stock item to be delivered, when the website gave a much shorter window.
The item received looked nothing like the website. Still can’t get a hold of anyone to know if I am able to return it. Don’t waste your time on this company.

Do not order

I ordered two nightstands. After several months, the nightstands did not arrive. I decided to cancel the order and request a refund. They responded by email confirming my refund would be credited within 30 days. It is now coming up to 60 days with no refund. Their customer service is ignoring all of my requests for updates.

Do not consider buying from this place unless you have the patience to either wait for months for the items to arrive or be ready to wait hours over the phone or days for your emails to be replied. I can truly say this company has been the worst one I have experienced in my life, no kidding. Buy with them at your own risk.

Placed order for two counter top stools on Sept 6 ,CC charged , still waiting for them , very little communication - me calling the store in Quebec was the only way I could track down any information on my order which they said was delayed until Oct 16th , no further follow up since then , currently sitting on hold waiting for " customer service" , dont waste your time ordering from this company
Update - received stools on Oct 28 though no one spoke to me -

The most terrible bad experience I ever had with a company in Canada.
First thing we chose our items and they informed me that it needs ten days to deliver . But instead of ten days it was more than one month and to add up to this bad service each item will be delivered separately and they called and give me a specific time but they didn’t deliver. This thing keeps going many times. The most chocking was that I received a broken table that I had to take it back to their warehouse and replace without any try to fix the situation or offer to come and take the table . The thing keep going after I received my last item which was my sofa . I called because they took a long time and they informed me that it will be delivered on Monday . But they didn’t , I received another call for the second day that they will deliver at 5 pm , also they didn’t .
To add up I received my sofa without any info before and they left it outside without telling us. My pregnant wife had to get help from our friends to get it inside.
Finally , really I don’t advice anyone to buy from wazo because of their bad service . They only give important for sale to get your money .

We went to the store, checked the items ordered them. They say they maximum need 20 days for delivery. I mentioned i am traveling and sent an email stating I am traveling I wish my items to be delivered after the first week of september.
While away. They sent me an email that the delivery is in process. i called and said I need 3 days to get home and they can deliver any time.
After that they ghosted me and the first delivery came late in September.
I said ok. I open one of the boxes and the table I orderd was all broken. i was choked.
I called. Sent an email no reply. Than we decoded to go back to the store. Take the table and bring another one.
They said they don’t have in store and let us drive for 1 hours to find another one.

I still have a sofa to be delivered. Kept on calling
3 weeks later. They called and said they are coming. Waited all day. No show!!!
I called next day. They said we will deliver saturday. Will call you 45 mins before arriving.
Stayed home almost all day. Called with no reply until I decided to go do my groceries.
Came back home to see a huge sofa in front my door.
I live alone, my husband is away and I am pregnant!!!
I had to call neighbours to help me enter it.

I believe this is beyond humiliation and I haven’t receive any appology or anything

Worst experience ever. Although the items are great

Worst experience with a company! Terrible customer service! The item they sent me doesn’t match the color they advertise. I’ve been trying to return the time for a month almost. It’s impossible to reach them by phone. They respond to emails maybe once a week and basically refusing to give me a full refund, clamining that the color difference between the marketed item and what I received is not a big deal.

Ordered two "solid wood" nightstands. They arrived and are NOT solid wood, do not look like the online photos, the drawers don't work, and worst is that they smell very strongly of toxic chemicals. Company is almost impossible to reach and only finally responded after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They agreed to take back the nightstands and to arrange for a shipper to pick them up. It has now been TWO weeks and nothing. And once again, they do not respond to emails and the phone wait is over 1.5 hours on hold. This is a terribly run company with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Also, I wrote a review of the product for their website and they never posted it. So beware of the reviews as it seems they delete all the negative ones.

I purchased a product in their website and was told it would be shipped in up to 14 days. Its over a month later now and the product still has not yet been shipped. I emailed them asking when my product would be shipped and they told me that it was packed for shipment, and that it would be shipped in a certain date. Six days past the informed date I still have no update or evidence of shipment. I tried calling them but they would have me on hold for over 40 minutes, I called three times and was never able to speak to a customer care agent.

Ordered a chair 3 weeks ago. Shipping estimate was 3-5 business days, and no updates. Have sent 2 emails, an IG message and waited on hold for 45 minutes twice, unable to reach anyone. Absolutely disappointed with customer service would not recommend or order from here again.

Ordered a bench and a bed. One month, numerous calls and emails later - no response or shipping info.

Impossible to reach customer service… unknown where my order is…. Pretty sure this company is a scam…

Horrible customer service, lack of transparency with 1 month's worth of delays. Never even got my couch. Not worth the time, stress or money.

They also buy good reviews, by offering $30 discounts if you leave them a good google review. None of it is genuine.

Very poorly run company.
Ordered a couch from them on August 24th, emailed on September 9th with no response. Called on September 13th and after waiting for 40 minutes spoke with a women who said our couch was in stock and it was strange it hadn't been shipped yet. She said she would figure out whats going on and follow up via email that day. No email received, called back later that day and waited on hold for over 90 minutes until I was hung up on. Attempted to call back twice today, September 16th and hung up on after 2+ hours on hold. Sent messages on FB Messenger, to response.

Nearing a month since ordering and an in stock item still hasn't been shipped.

This company seems to have a huge track record of this with absolutely no interest in fixing their business practices. Very much regret ordering from them.

Next step is Consumer complaints with BBB and consumer protection agencies.

The people team Wazo it’s very helpful always a quick response if anything something wrong to the product, furniture amazing design and quality so perfect….we are so happy and very much thankful to the team Wazo Toronto specially to Kelvin he is awesome helping all the time.All my furniture at home we ordered from Wazo. thank you so much team….GOD BLEss.

Order delivered to Calgary as promised. Had to return one piece as no room for it. Good looking furniture and solidly constructed. Return was smooth too. Very happy with the whole experience.

Avoid ordering from them. The quality is extremely poor, and customer service is unreachable. They consistently hang up on me. After just three weeks, my couch is completely destroyed. Customer service has been dismissive and even suggested I could sue if I'm unhappy.

A small issue concerning the phone lines as they hang up after a certain time. This is very annoying for customers BUT this isn't my issue.
I had a problem with a missing part in the box. Talked with agent Ismael who took time to resolve issue. Very professionnal he took time to receive the pictures and resolve issue on the same call. This is what I call service, take charge of a customer from A to Z. This is the reason why customers come back.

It isn't when everything goes right that we can measure the quality of service it's when you take charge and resolve issues. Great service Ismael
