Watson Ramsbottom have just handled the sale of my property. I was carefully guided through each stage of the process and everything seemed really simple compared to my previous buying and selling experiences. The whole process really was seamless! Stacey and her team were amazing! They were professional, knowledgeable and kept on top of everything at every stage. I cannot recommend my solicitor Lisa Hague highly enough for the outstanding service provided during my recent selling/purchasing of my house. From start to finish Lisa was proffesional, efficent and human - I honestly felt in safe hands. Carrie was able to help and advise us during an exceptionally stressful time, cumulating in us taking action in the family courts and getting the protection we needed going forwards. Some people often complain about their solicitors due to delays in the home-buying process. For us, everything was quick and smooth on the solicitor's side. Charlotte Burke and Amina Mula responded very quickly to each of my emails.

The bill was £150 more than the quote they provided, but they said this extra cost was on the second page of the quote documents. I found this a little bit tricky; however, overall, we are very happy and recommend them.

I honestly cannot recommend Melissa Garswood highly enough.
My Right to Buy purchase was far from straightforward. There were delays outside of our control, third-party complications, and ongoing issues around documentation and title matters, but throughout the entire process, Melissa was exceptional.
She was consistently responsive, clear in her communication, and proactive in chasing where necessary. At no point did I feel left in the dark. She documented everything thoroughly, kept me updated on timescales, and ensured I fully understood each stage of the RTB process.
