WE HAVE HAD A FIRE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE SEEKING TO GO TO COURT
We have been left with two leaks from boiler pipe and no hot water and heating for 5 1/2 months!!! Each operative makes an excuseavout a part, leaves and repeat. They need to struck off as I've already encountered an electrical fire which thankfully did not get out of control. This cannot go on any longer.

Terrible company I do not recommend…
Terrible company I do not recommend them at all.
I have been left without heating or hot water for 13 days now because they are incapable of ordering the correct part. When they eventually did get an fit the correct part he left saying it was done but failed to mention that he had caused another problem and water was pouring out of the bottom of the boiler. Came out today to fix the leak they caused and now it’s it’s making a loud banging noise like a bunch of keys in a washing machine.
Not impressed at all with these imbeciles

Spend 8mins listening to a repetitive…
Spend 8mins listening to a repetitive message when calling Watret and then the call was ended by them #pathetic this is the second time
I have called them and the 1st, the person was trying to tell me what to do and it was up to him to deal with the issue and when I told him where to get off I was hung up on once again

I've had a very bad experience with…
I've had a very bad experience with this company. Really don't know how there in business. Landlord had instructed them to conduct a gas safety check at my property. Told watret I was working in the day and collecting my children at 3pm so would have to be after 3.30pm, they said that was no problem. On the first occasion they turned up at 2pm obviously no one home. On the second occasion I had a call from engineer to say he was in the area and if he could come early. I said no as I'm not home until 3.30pm, he said that's fine he'll be there then, didn't show or phone to say can't make it. Spoke to the lady when calling watret and she was not interested in my complaint saying they can't come at a set time. Booked for a day when kids where off school so I could be home booked between 8 and 1 came just after 1pm and was here 10 mins, didn't even put the cover back on outside gas meter box.

Can't get through on phone. I would be embarrassed to work for this company if you can call it a company. It's more of a joke than a company should be on video of how not to run s company. Don't touch this company or your regret it.
