Easy to order, fast delivery, item as described and great to use

I recently bought a Waterpik 'Cordless Pearl' and have just started using it.
I did find it a tad fiddly and messy to use at first but after a few goes I'm getting more adept.
The only design flaw in my mind is I think, the main off/on switch should be a 'press and hold' button.
This in my opinion would give the user more control, saving time by preserving water between reservoir top-ups.

Très bonne qualité , bon service après vente
Rapidité de l’expédition

had to contact twice over front of the water vessel not shutting wanting a complete credit and having hassle absolute ridiculous company

merci

Lovely device and will buy more whitening tablets

I'm having to return this because it's a two prong plug not ideal for me

Good product and easy to find the replacement part on the website. Would have.been 5 stars but the delivery took too long and no updates on why the order was delayed. .

Is a great help for keeping a good cleaning of the teeth. I am very sure that a visit to dentist can be delayed due to this waterpick.

Great warranty service - used it for 23 months without any issues, suddenly stopped charging and they sent me a new one as per warranty. Quick, smooth and reliable service.

Très bon jet dentaire, nettement meilleur que le jet dentaire oral B;

A brilliant company to buy from, selling an excellent product.

Great products at fantastic prices

The water pick does help with my oral hygiene (I have implants). The reservoir leaks a bit but I don't find that a problem. My first one stopped working after 8 months but the company quickly replaced it with a new one - no quibbles; good customer service.

Service has been excellent. Rectifying issues I had experienced with the travel pic which were also very good until stopped working. Replaced it promptly with a newer model.

It works really well, the dentist has said there is a big difference. Now only need to see hygienist every 6 months instead of every 3 months. Waterpik replaced the unit with another identical one when the original stopped working. Highly recommend
