We first signed on with this company in 2012 when it was a local Perth WA company. Somewhere between then and now, WaterLogic became the owner with promises of its "Global presence, distribution expertise and industry contacts" to "Leading the way" in its Mission and Values. The reality is that they have led the way when it comes to negative feedback (currently at 18% bad reviews as of 27-Jan-22). That's 1 in 5 people says they're doing a lousy job, let that sink in!

Our water dispenser has been out of action for over 2 months now, I have left messages, went on their website and logged a service request, which all went unanswered. After another futile call last week, I was given a work order number, but no one has yet contacted me to arrange a time to perform the service. I was hoping to construct a more detailed email to a Customer Service Manager in their organisation, and their website doesn't even provide an email address!

This whole experience makes a mockery of their website statement to "service all our water dispensers so you can enjoy unparalleled product quality and highly responsive comprehensive service". As for another of their statement of "years of knowledge, innovation and experience to deliver purified, great-tasting water" - I have not had any purified, great-tasting water for 2 months now, and yet they have been billing me to the tune of $167 per month. I wonder why I am paying this amount for equipment which doesn't work, and for such abysmal customer service ...

One more thing: our contract says 2 annual services, the reality is that we've only been receiving 1 annual service. Let's add that to validating why my review is only a rather generous 1 star ...!

Technician was courteous and efficient when servicing my Billi tap. explained the problem well and made sure everything was working 100% before he left.

Be very wary before signing up with these guys. The lock-in element of the contract is insanely prohibitive (they even charge you money to come and collect their own unit at the end of the contract - it would be cheaper to dispose of it yourself, but you can't since they own it - yet they charge you to come and collect it?!) We have been with them for nearly 4 years and they only replaced the filter once, which is a total breach of their own contract, yet they will do everything in their power to grab every cent from you if you ever want to cancel. Avoid.

Also am pretty sure they are submitting dodgy 5 star reviews for themselves. If you look at the pattern of reviews, they receive a string of almost identical complaints like mine (1 star) then immediatly a string of short, similarly worded 5 star reviews in a row. Hopefully this will be investigated and reviewed by TrustPilot.

Where do I start... Many failed machines (5+) and months and months of waiting to have them repaired or replaced, TWICE. After being a client for many years I was over it when they wanted to replace them again.
We requested to cancel and had the contract break fee trick pulled on us...
After all the issues that they knew we had with the machine, one would think that they would review this and not charge it.. But no, they fought till the death.
I challenged this and was then threatened to be defaulted if I didn't pay out my non legal contract.
The threat was from the Sales Executive (Don't they have a legal team lol), this threat came even after I advised him to seek advice on the issue.
I pointed out that they were in breach of our contract and they fought me, then the Sales Exec admitted he had no idea what he was talking about or understood Australian law and contracts.
They ended up releasing us from our obligations after I pushed to have this escalated, I assume that that point they realised that they had screwed up.
If you have a contract, and their service / machines have not held up to what was promised in the contract, then please challenge these guys.
They are not above the the Australian Consumer Law.
Especially when they are continue to bill you for a non working service.

BEWARE of this terrible company. Sales rep is a con.

Promise whatever you want him to promise, deliver nothing afterward.

Look at their contract carefully - they have fine print of automatically renewal of 12 months, which generally should be month to month after the initial term (in reasonable world).

I have had two bad experiences with them in two businesses. Had enough of them.

You do not want to engage with this organisation. My suggestion is see how organisations treat their customers when they leave. We changed providers from WaterLogic after finding a much better deal and after giving notice (and them trying to match and coerce us to stay) going through lots of hoops to return the equipment and end the contract they are still trying to extort money from us. They try and wear you down by sending an extra final bill and then send debt collectors (their own under a different name Armagroup/Forcelegal). We have never paid anyone late or incurred bad debts. As a previous reviewer noted it is one star or five. Personally they don't rate a star. If you are going to rate this organisation don't do it until you have ended the relationship and you might have the real picture.

Be very careful before signing up with Waterlogic. We entered into a 3 year agreement with Waterlogic to supply our 50+ staff. The cooler did not meet my expectations - very slow flow, the water would run out and the cold water nozzle needed 2 hands to make it work. It wasn't until the second year I found out they had supplied a much smaller capacity unit and not the unit that was on our agreement. As there were no model numbers on the unit, it was not obvious we had the wrong unit.
I requested they remove it and they responded with various proposals that included another 3 year agreement. They also had the cheek to ask for a removal fee AND and an early exit fee. I had since found many more local, reputable and reasonably priced suppliers so rejected all their many offers. When they finally removed the unit, they didn't let us know they were coming as requested. This meant the transition wasn't coordinated and we were without filtered water till the new unit was installed. They also disconnected the unit in such a way as to make it more difficult for the new installation. I would use either Freshwater Filtration Systems or West Coast Water Filter Man - local, Australian owned, reasonably priced and good honest service. Is funny how the star ratings are all 1 or 5. Interesting ....

Waterlogic's service has been excellent from the salesman to installation.
Love the convenience and quality of the water. Sparkling water on tap is a fantastic feature.

I work in a medical facility and have found the Waterlogic water cooler to be a fantastic asset to our business. It is always kept clean and our patients appreciate the filtered water as many have to sit and fill their bladders for the procedures that they are having down.
