A flawless experience from start to finish from ordering my new 4 in 1 Quooker tap to installation.
The guys at WCD were very knowledgable regarding the full range available and expertly managed the install process whilst keeping me fully informed along the way.
Highly recommended.

When ordering was not made aware that the water was out of stock , we had the cooler unit and I had to ring up several days later and wait on hold for a very long time to find anything out and still missing the sanitizer kit that we paid for can’t be bothered to stay on hold again to find out this is probably out of stock also .

Got to be the slowest service ever, office were great but had to chase to get anything done almost a month later.

Even got the Cups 4 days after the event I needed the order for.

Never again will I use this company.

Quick.delivery, well packaged

Martha Cooling was extremely helpful. We required 2 mains fed water dispensers on a next day delivery. Using the chat service, Martha checked stock and made sure this was available for next day delivery. She helped us through every step, stock check, payment and tracking service.

Item was showing stock on the website. When it came to chasing a few days later i was told they was out of stock. They said they had arrived that day and they would despatch to be with us within 2-3 days. It then came to chasing and i was told there was still no stock.

Website outdated, purchased a water dispenser but after 2weeks of not receiving it i rang to find out they no longer stock the item even tho website stated in stock.

I asked for a call out and they sent an engineer within 3 days. The engineer was polite and helpful and the issue was resolved.

Items was delivered to wrong address and took awhile before it was delivered to the right address,
But when phoned up to enquire they were very helpful on the phone

Stock advertised wasn't available but credit card payment was taken. Only took one reminder to get it refunded and that was done very quickly.

Lost the original order, when chased apologised and sent out 2 of the wrong parts. Replacement still outstanding

From the moment of my first enquiry via their website to the delivery of my watercooler and bottles, they have been super efficient, courteous and clear in their communications. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. I've received my watercooler today and it looks fantastic: very compact, modern, stylish. It fits perfectly in my kitchen and makes it look very smart. I work from home and my local tap water tastes horrible as very chlorinated. I was fed up of going to the supermarket every week to buy and carry heavy bottles of mineral water so decided to treat myself to a water cooler. I am so pleased with my decision and only wish I had done it sooner. The installation is super easy, and the water tastes lovely. Having the ambient and cold water options will be a great bonus for the summer months as it will save me storing bottles in the fridge. I am really pleased with my transaction and it has turned out to be very easy and very affordable. Many thanks to all at WaterCoolersDirect for dealing with me so nicely. I totally recommend this company for either private and commercial purposes/premises.

I ordered 4 bottles of water and it was never recorded. I have ordered 4 bottles again, I have no acknowledgment so its anyones guess if they arrive, I have now run out of water. Shocking service

Fraser has been extremely efficient, replied to emails promptly and answered any queries I had. It really is refreshing to deal with an efficient company….. well done all!!
