My Garmin Forerunner developed a…
My Garmin Forerunner developed a problem. I was offered a return immediately which was excellent. However I reformatted watch and it worked but developed a similar fault. Watchrunscape were excellent in their customer care, ending up replacing my original watch with an even better model at no extra cost. Exemplary aftercare service that needs to be recognised in this review. Well done folks!

Bought a watch around December, great working watch. Done a review soon as I received it mentioned stock strap was a little small. I magically got a new large official garmin band in the post. Was a great service and made my day by saving me £40 not only did I save £200 on the watch I got a free band too! Definitely use this if you need a new sports watch (garmin). All the best

Great customer service
I would highly recommend watchrunscape. I purchased my first second hand sports watch ( garmin 735xt ) at a great price & was impressed with the website, speed of delivery & packaging & condition of the item .Sadly the first time I swam with the watch it developed a screen leak. This was very disappointing but after emailing ,I received a reply within minutes to rectify the problem & was provided a free returns label to send the watch back. The checks were done very quickly I received an update by email along with an apology & a replacement was sent out to me immeadiately -The replacement watch is perfect & no problems in the water .
I would use this company again & was very impressed with the professional customer service .

I can only recommend this seller and his service, I ordered a smartwatch for €500 a few years ago, when no watch had arrived at mkir after about 6 weeks, I contacted the seller. The seller was surprised because the smartwatch had been sent weeks ago. Then the seller immediately
Contacted DHL. I was very limited in time at the time, but the seller said it's not a problem and he takes care of everything. And so it was. It turned out that DHL lost the smartwatch. I then had to fill out a form, which the seller helped me fill out correctly. And not even a week later I didn't have a smartwatch but I got my money back to order another one. So the service was great, thanks again Jordan.

In all the years of trading, we have had only a handful of parcels lost in transit.
Whenever this is the case, we will work in a professional and timely manner to get a positive result for our customers. In this instance, we provided the courier (DHL) with a detailed list of requisites to assist in the compensation process. During this, we will keep our customers in the loop from the start to the end of the process and copy them into email threads for transparency.
All of our parcels sent are fully insured to give our customers added peace of mind that in the unlikely event that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, they will not be out of pocket.
We also offer a 30-day money-back period which allows you to try out the product and if you are not satisfied then simply send it back for a refund. Finally, we offer a 90-day warranty period, so if there is an issue, simply get in touch and we will start the process of getting you an exchange or refund whichever you prefer.

Watch was delivered in great shape and condition. Works fine and tracks well. Shipping was reasonable and the delivery was a bit delayed but overall everything turned out great. Recommended for great value Garmin kit!
