Fast postage, good quality but let down with Black Friday sale price.
Arrived a lot faster than expected over Black Friday weekend, was anticipating waiting up to 5 working days due to high postage demands however was with me within just about 3 days after ordering.
Fossil watch ring is of superb quality. Really do love it. However must be harsh and take a star point off because the sale price actually increased very slightly on actual Black Friday considering I had found the item a week before and it was at a lower price during an “early bird” Black Friday sale. Was originally on sale for £89, paid £91ish on Black Friday. I had it on hold waiting for Black Friday considering it’s to be expected the better deal should happen on the day. So a bit disappointing.

Guys, DO NOT BUY FROM shady ONLINE DEALERs who don't have a refurbished section, don't offer a decent package, don't specify country of manufacture, don't offer a safe return policy and ignore you.
Provided a poor package wrapping even for Singapore creationwatches seiko5 standards that I've ordered, not talking about watchnation Hamilton...as a proper wrapping bubble envelope.
Even under 48 h reported unfunctionality( see terms), they blame me as scratching the bezel as they've done the adjustment!
They don't mention is Thailand made and not Japan or otherwise.
Poor direct relationship with the company repair centre- almost 3 Months and no reply as cause!
Saying that watches as Orient do not have bezel protected film.
No refurbished stock, so they dump it on you if you sound poor or foreign.
Buy reputed sellers not online shady big title names!

Not justified those scratchers and huge delay in trusting me and my multiple feedbacks... just acted on my yesterday trustpilot review.

Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologise for the delay in getting this final update to you. We had been actively chasing Orient’s authorised service centre for their report, as we had not received any updates within the expected timeframe.
We have now received their official assessment.
Locker Hull & Thornton — the authorised UK service partner for Orient — have confirmed that the issue with your watch is due to a faulty balance wheel, which is a manufacturing-related component failure. They also advised that this part is currently on back-order, with an estimated availability of February 2026, meaning they are unable to complete the repair in the short term.
As the watch has now been formally assessed and verified to have a manufacturing defect, and because this particular model has no replacement stock available, the appropriate resolution is a full refund, which we have now processed for you.
We hope this helps provide full clarity.
Please rest assured that throughout this process we followed the correct procedure:
The watch was sent to Orient’s authorised service centre for an independent, impartial technical evaluation.
We avoided making assumptions until their specialists confirmed the cause.
Once their official verdict was received, we actioned the resolution immediately.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are an authorised retailer, and all watches supplied are brand new and sourced directly from the manufacturer. When your watch was returned to us, our intake inspection noted that it was not running and showed signs of wear, which meant the root cause could not be determined immediately.
In-line with correct procedure, the watch was sent to Orient’s authorised UK service centre for an independent technical assessment, so that the outcome could be based on verified findings rather than assumption.
The authorised service centre confirmed a manufacturing defect. Due to parts availability and the lack of replacement stock for this specific model, a repair could not be completed within a reasonable timeframe. As a result, and in line with the manufacturer’s guidance, a full refund was issued.
Throughout the process:
• The watch was assessed by an independent, manufacturer-approved service partner
• We waited for their official findings before confirming an outcome
• Once their findings were received, the resolution was actioned promptly
We appreciate that waiting for third-party technical assessments can be frustrating, but these timelines are determined by the manufacturer and service centre rather than ourselves. The final outcome was based on their independent assessment.
We hope this provides clarity on how the matter was handled and resolved.

Extremely disappointing customer service and experience
Extremely disappointing customer experience! Order a week ago a £2000+ watch for my husband’s birthday. It was no notice that this watch is not available! On a contrary! They confirmed the order. Money taken. And today (one before my husbands birthday) I got an email to say this watch cannot be ordered and order is cancelled!!!! Really really disappointed for such an expensive order and outrages service ….

We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused — especially as this was meant to be a special birthday gift for your husband.
Your order was placed after 5pm on Thursday 6th November, and we raised the request with the manufacturer first thing on Friday 7th. As this particular model was shown on our website with an ‘Order Now’ message with an estimated delivery time of up to 10 days, it needed to be sourced directly from the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer didn’t come back to us until Monday 10th, confirming that the watch was no longer available to order. As soon as we were informed, we contacted you straight away with an update.
We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive this news close to the date you needed it, and your refund was issued immediately on the same day.
We appreciate your feedback and will be reviewing our processes internally. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
