I nervously sent my watch of in the post wondering if I would ever see it again, from the minute they received it all my worries were removed, helpful, professional, reliable and easy to deal with, my concerns over would I ever see it again well I did and it looks fantastic fully serviced and looks a million dollars, Thank you.

Took my Omega Seamaster 300 to them as the second hand had stopped. They examined it and told me that until they took it apart they could not quote as they could not see what was wrong, which is understandable.
Twenty four hours later, got a quote for a service which would fix the issue. Confirmed the work to proceed and 5 weeks later picked it up, good as new, two year guarantee (Omega standard) and pressure tested to 300m. Great communication throughout the whole process, definitely recommend them.
Plus - they also have some lovely watches for sales..soooo tempted

I would like to fully praise Watch Doctors on their excellent customer service from my first conversation to inquire about having the minute hand on my Bering watch reattached to having the repair completed and returned to me within 9 days.
There could have been a problem when removing the glass which could cause the glass to break which would not have been replaceable due to the way the watch was constructed this was fully communicated and explained to me before any work was started however I said I was prepared to take the risk ,the watch was carefully repaired and returned to me fully working and in perfect condition with no damage for which I was delighted.
Well done and praise to all involved.

Very easy from start to finish. Post you a box, post it back, quote via email promptly and price was super competitive. Vintage Longines very sentimental, Came back earlier than stated and was blown away by the results. Sending another watch a week later so speaks for itself.

My Rolex stopped working and was making a rattling noise so I sent it to Watch Doctors expecting the worst.

They fixed the issue, cleaned and oiled the watch and sent it back to me with no charge, I assume because I have the watch serviced with them.

Cannot recommend them highly enough!

It would be unfair of me to comment on the quality of work or leave 1 star. I am sure if work had been done it would have been to a good standard. However I recently visited after my 1968 vintage Seiko had stopped working. Within less than a minute I was told that it could not be looked at as parts are no longer available. This isn't true, maybe not from Seiko but they are available. I contacted Seiko UK and they recommended a company who have serviced, replaced many parts at an amazing price. I'm guessing the movement was not great and they could have turned it away, but they stuck with it. I'm not knocking Watch Doctors but they didn't even inspect it, just a quick glance.

I sent my Raymond Weil watch to the manufacturers for a new strap to be fitted, They said it couldn't be done as it was too old and is obsolete, 3 other local jewellers couldn't do it either. Watch doctors did it 15 minutes for £15. Excellent service.

I sent my fathers old watch to be cleaned & serviced. I had previously tried the official Seiko site and they just refused. The Watch Doctors agreed to look at it, gave me reasonable expectations (parts are no longer available if anything was broken). I received it back today running as well as any 30+ year old could be. very very happy.

Fantastic service today. I dropped my beloved 80s Seiko Lassale and it stopped working. I brought it the Tring office and met my a lovely lady who took it away and brought it back working. The battery clamp had broke with the shock and they fixed it there and then.

Excellent service as always with the crew at Tring. Don't bother with expensive AD's. Get the same level of care and attention from people who know their stuff, wouldn't use anyone else.

Just received my watch back from the Watch Doctors and couldn’t be happier with the entire customer journey and, more importantly, my refurbished watch. The team were courteous and responsive throughout and the watch came back looking spectacular, with all but the deepest scratches on the case polished out.

I will definitely use them regularly going forward.

I have just had my watch serviced by the Watch Doctors for the 2nd time. I would never go anywhere else. Let me explain why. I live in Bromley and I have a Heuer Carrera, it's powered by a Valjoux 7750 and some years ago it stopped working. I took it to a local watchmaker in South London, they quoted me £500 to fix. Something told me that was not right so after searching watchuseek I drove to Hitchin and the chaps had a look, they quoted £5, yes £5. Apparently a tiny screw had become loose. So I took the opportunity to have a new bezel and a service. They had more than earned my trust. My 2nd visit a few weeks ago was due to dropping the watch on the floor which again resulted in her stopping. They once again fixed the fault, put on another new bezel (dings and door handles I'm afraid) and serviced the watch. All this was done for a price much much more competitively than any competition. I cannot recommend this firm any higher. They are honest, lovely to deal with and fairly priced. If I moved to Zambia I would still send my watches to the Watch Doctors in Hitchin. Thank you all so much and see you at the next service...and bezel no doubt :)
PS just want to add my Heuer is now withing COSC standard :)
