Had a great experience buying a Seiko…
Had a great experience buying a Seiko watch from them. I paid a deposit over the phone. I Didn't want postal delivery, so the next day travelled to their retail shop in Milton Keynes thinking that's where the watch was. Turns out it was being held for me in their head office. I thought I'd had a wasted journey untill they told me the office was only 10 minutes away. Turned up there and they were very welcoming. I got the impression that this is a business that cares about their customers. I'd definitely buy from them again. 10/10

Genuine Fossil watch strap replacement
I had a watch that was bought for me as a gift fifteen years ago, and the strap had broken.
The model was now obsolete, and I was searching for an alternative.
This company came up as having the original strap available, as new old stock. The strap was now cheap, but neither was it overpriced, assuming it was a genuine Fossil strap.
From ordering through to delivery the process was simple, and on arrival it was clear this was a genuine Fossil strap. Well worth it to continue wearing a watch I was given for a special birthday

I p3aid the extra for the gift wrapping and wasn't disappointed.. The only real issue was that I ordered two gift wrapped items and there was nothing to identify which was which until they are unwrapped.

Delivery was within timescales advertised in the site, though for 3 days the item appeared to be at a Royal Mail in Swindon, Wiltshire, the same town in which I live so this was a little xdifficult to understand why I didn’t receive sooner.

I purchased a watch but on opening the package the watch was not working. The piece of plastic which supports the winder was loose in the packaging. I contacted the company straight away but received an automatic response which said someone would contact but to date have heard nothing. I bought this watch for my grandson and I am very disappointed with the lack of help I have received.

Being duped by a so called registered company.
The system they use is wrong, I purchased what they recommend to fit my watch and it has now been confirmed by Tissot it does not fit, now at my own expense I have to pay to return it to get my money back, also how can a company that has a email .co.uk!!! Not be in the UK? They are in Holland, so overall not very impressed saying you are a registered Tissot company and then give false advice on what fits your watch.
