Conversion from Conventional to Combi boiler and installation of new radiator.

Excellent service from first contact to completion of the job. Everything was explained and all of my questions were answered.

Turned up on the appointed day at the promised time

Work was carried out speedily and efficiently.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Contacted them about a problem with hot water not getting hot. Turned up same day and discovered not a boiler problem but due to shower installation and plumber allowing mixing of hot and cold water - ie nothing to do with them or boiler. Because they were able to diagnose so quickly and directly we were able to rectify same day too. Could not wish for better customer service.

Rang in the morning stating that we had drips emanating from the boiler. By midday Mark arrived and did the first part of the fix. Later that day Russ arrived and completed the full job (required a new major part).
Excellent service (and glad we are covered by a maintenance contract!). Thankyou very much Warm for Life - a great team.

Excellent - 2 jobs completed. New cloakroom tap & drain plus new outside tap. Prompt, good communication, competitive prices.

I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional service provided by Warm for Life. They maintained my old boiler with great care over the years, and when it was time for a replacement, they installed my new one with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. Their expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly amazing. I would highly recommend them to friends, family, or anyone seeking first-class service.

Ross was great today. Full marks for professionalism. Very approachable. Looks like this company scores top marks with me again

Excellent timely response to my problem. Russ fixed the problem in a very professional way which gave me complete piece of mind. They have proofed to me that they fully justify a Five Star rating for service support.

We've used Warm for Life for several years and their service is exceptional. They have an innovative quoting and job system which is easy to use and the guys are always great to work with. Couldn't recommend them more highly. JB

Great work from Russ on Sunday many thanks for getting my heating up and running again what a life saver.
Very friendly and efficient with customer service second to non.
Always polite and tidy & on time.
You would be hard pressed to find a better Heating and plumbing company better than Warmforlife in the country.
Brilliant service.

I would definitely recommend Warm for Life. From the initial survey, Russ was thorough, polite, and explained what was needed for a boiler replacement and relocation from a loft to the garage. The job was done in one day to a high standard despite an unexpected need to also replace a shower (which was also done on the same day)! The process for booking and communication was easy via a website and a message number to text. I have since taken out a care plan due to the professionalism and thoroughness. Definitely recommended.

I have used warm for life for the past 15 years and to be honest they are fantastic, clean reliable and wonderful guys to have around well done mark and the team 👍

Would absolutely recommend Warm For Life. Used them for gas safety cert in my old house last year and they arrived same-day to do that. This year, they serviced the boiler in our new house and we separately needed a new part for it, which they ordered same day, it arrived the following, and they came back the following day after that to fit and fix. Absolutely 10/10 and Ricky in particular has been really great.

The company advised me when they would arrive and were on time. The guy who did the service was very couteous and made to answer whatever questions i had. The service itself was over quite quickly and i have no doubt it was done well and efficiently i have no qualms about getting the next one. Well done guys !

Great service. Warm for Life were very organised, did a good job and provided a friendly service. I would definitely use them again.

They turn up when they say they will, carry out the work efficiently, and fully explain what they have done. It is good to see a company that is doing things differently.

Excellent service friendly team always do a great job. 👍

Mark and Russ were both very professional, they arrived on time, covered all area's where they were working, were very efficient and polite.
The job they did looks great and I certainly would not hesitate to use them again.

Used the team a number of times now. Professional, turn up when they say and get the job done. What’s not to like!

Sent a text message letting me know what time they would arrive and was here on time. Friendly staff, no mess, very efficient, no issues at all , recommended.

Russell came as promised. Query with thermostat sorted out.
