Absolutely disorganised bunch. I walked in today and was about to sit in the chair and the dentist said, why are you here, i saw you in Dec. I said because you guys sent me an email asking me to come in for a checkup. He said i didn't need it so i complained ( politely) and was sent an email saying i would be better off at another dentist and that im off their NHS list ! If you complain about the lack of customer care they just boot you off. Avoid. Absolute rubbish

I always get superb dental treatment from Dr Kim, ably assisted by his excellent staff of receptionists and dental nurses (whom I won't name for fear of missing one out). Although I am old and anxious (a result of 1950s dentistry!), Dr Kim clearly explains the treatment and has a kind manner which puts patients at ease. This week I have had two appointments - in both I was seen promptly on time and the work was carried out without any discomfort at all and with excellent results. Pure gold! Highly recommended. Extremely Poor Service – Negligent and Uncaring Treatment

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received at this dental practice. The reception staff are unprofessional and unhelpful – all they seem to care about is scheduling appointments and getting paid. There is zero sympathy, no proper communication, and absolutely no focus on patient care or dental health.

I came in with a cracked front tooth, in pain and looking for a solution. Instead of receiving proper treatment or even empathy, I was rushed through two appointments, both of which were short and careless. I repeatedly told the dentist that the filling didn’t feel right, but they ignored my concerns.

As a direct result of this negligence, my front tooth has now cracked and fallen out. The dentist clearly saw that the tooth was in poor condition, but still chose to do a poor-quality, temporary fix. I have been left without treatment, in pain, and told to wait another week and a half for the next appointment.

This is completely unacceptable. NHS patients have a right to proper and respectful care, and this clinic failed to meet even the most basic standards. They wasted my time, left me without any help, and now I have to deal with the damage they caused.

I’ve tried to contact the clinic for a solution – no one has responded. I am now filing a formal complaint to the NHS and urge anyone considering this place to think twice. You risk losing your time, your money, and your dental health.

attended this dentist practice for 12 years and I have never had any issues.
Today I had 2 appointments one 15:30 and 15:45 I was late for the first appointment and I understood and I was told been cancel. For the next one however we arrived on time and as soon as we entered the Dr Salya Raman called us but the Receptionists (Alex)told her to see someone else.
She treat us differently they where after us the first appointment but not the second one . We arrived at 3:45
which was the time of the appointment however we didn't get to be seen till 16:39 when tried to challenge the receptionists they were very rude and lying to us and I have records of the appointment times.
This practice needs the be careful as they could lose a customer and take others with myself.

Stay away from this Dental Centre! Their Front Desk is a bunch of absolute incompetent people. My experience with them is a nightmare - it started almost 1 year ago when they (FRONT DESK employees) tried to charge me double than what the Dentist told them to! There is an old short woman there, probably a manager - she intentionally double charged me! It was only after a fortnight and after I sent them emails over emails that they agreed to what was agreed with Dr Reza (who stopped practicing there in the meantime). FURTHERMORE - they don't actually process the bookings, they are a pitiful bunch of incompetent people, as I said, and if you look at the reviews most of them are complaining about the Front Desk employees. I am in THE WORST condition possible with 4 of my teeth, I personally called them in mid-January 2022 to book an appointment with them and I was told the next available date was in late February 2022. I had to take a day off from work which is never an easy thing to do as I work in hospitality only to find out 7 days before the appointment that....I do NOT have any appointments with them.

If you need a reliable dentist my advice is to stay away from them, their front desk employees will let you down when it matters most!

I will never ever step foot in that practice again and I will use all the available online tools I have to tell the truth about them and help other people avoid the nightmare I am going through because of their lack of competence and professionalism.
