I had an issue with next day delivery service which I paid extra for, it didn’t arrive in time as expected however I got in touch with the customer service team and spoke with Gary. He was really understanding and kindly refunded me the money I paid for next day delivery service. Not a lot of company’s would do this and every little helps around Christmas time. So disappointed in this brand, I had my eye on a few of their dresses for a while and decided to purchase the Tate Maxi Dress. I removed the ribbon as I had decided I was going to keep this and upon putting this on, it had a complete hole in the seam at the very front of the dress. I contacted the team to which didn’t at all seem interested in resolving a situation caused by their poor quality of fabric. I was continuously told due to the ribbon being removed there was “nothing they can do” even though they have the ability to check the system and see how long I had this dress for. The customer service team have no interest in the fact the dress was faulty and haven’t tried to put the situation right at all. I’m frustrated for a brand to list dresses on the slightly high end scale, as buyers we deserve a high quality product and unfortunately this was not met and the team members I have spoken to have been so unhelpful, the best the team advised they could do was offer a 20% refund for me to go and get this repaired, to which I find insulting considering the issues is clearly that the dress is faulty, finally after speaking with management the team offered for this to be sent back and repaired and sent back to me (this took much back and forth) this was confirmed in September, after hearing no updates I chased this week to which the team advised they have no record of the dress reaching them, after sending over proof of postage and clear evidence of the dress being delivered back to them they advised me the dress had been sat in the wrong department? How long would this have been sat there had I not chased?
All over horrible experience as a first time customer, so disappointed as I could see myself being a regular customer and even had plans to buy my bridesmaid dresses :(
Wander Doll has lovely clothes, unfortunately on one occasion non of them suited me and I returned the parcel. There was a slight mix up with the refund but within 24 hours Gary had sorted and refunded the parcel.
Mistakes happen, but I really appreciate the speed in which this was sorted! Great customer service.
I love this brand!!! I ordered a dress for a christmas party which I loved but was unfortunately too big. I emailed to query pre order as the smaller size was out of stock however Olivia went above and beyond and managed to find one in the wear house and send out on next day delivery free of charge. Will definitely be shopping again.
Olivia was really helpful in my return and exchange process, and was kind enough to explain things and fix the issue I had when I figured that exchange takes 14 days. I love her prompt and warm responses.
Ordered Thursday 28th night ready for my Christmas party, yet have received nothing 9 days later! This is ridiculous and I’m becoming very worried about the location of the parcel, with 0 updates available on tracking whereabouts.
I’ve emailed and they have replied saying about Black Friday delays which is fair enough. Getting absolutely 0 response now via email, it states it not been passed onto Royal Mail yet, so where is the dress?
I’m £80+ down with no dress. No one is answering me. It’s really not good enough and as a first time buyer, I’m really unimpressed and just want some assistance please.

I purchased the tweed Noel mini skirt & bandeau corset. I am usually a size 8 in top & bottoms & bra cup size 32C. I ordered the mini skirt in size S & M & top in M. The skirt in S won’t go past my legs & the M zips up but there is absolutely no movement so I’ve had to order a L. The top won’t even close to reach the zip, which is really unfortunate because I’m in love with the style & the quality seems good so far. I checked if the top was in stock in large but it isn’t and they don’t know when restock will be.The sizing is extremely off so beware! If you’re a size 8 but more on the curvy side, definitely size up ( bigger bum , bigger hips ) I’m even more disappointed because I didn’t realise I can’t get a refund as it was on the Black Friday sale 😫 so I’m going to get a tailor to remove the back zip and add a lace up style because I love the style so much, just so disappointed with sizing. I don’t think I’ve ever bought from a brand that the sizing is this off 😫 so if your someone that has natural / normal curves around the hips bum & stomach area definitely beware!

Ordered late Thursday night for next day delivery so expected it Monday/Tuesday latest ready for my Christmas party Saturday.
Emailed and they replied saying about Black Friday delays which is fair enough but I have since emailed another two times with no response because the label was printed Friday but not passed onto Royal Mail yet, it’s been a week I’m £80 down with no dress and being ghosted, but yet influencers are receiving their orders of the new range?
Will not be ordering again and will be disputing payment to get my full refund when I’m able to.

I’m genuinely blown away! I just received my second Wanderdoll order after treating myself during the Black Friday sale, and wow everything is incredible.
The quality, the feel, the look… it’s all unreal. And the jeans? OMG! I’ve been on a journey to find a pair that fits my bum, thighs, and waist, and I’ve never worn a more flattering pair than the WD jeans.
Thank you so much, I’m officially obsessed!

I’ve ordered a few things from here now and the quality is incredible.The double layered sets are so flattering.I had so many compliments on my espresso bodysuit and mini skirt.Customer service are also amazing ,they have been so helpful over email and accommodating.The hype is most definitely worth it with this brand !!

Extremely poor service – refusing refund, credit, and even to return my own items
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wanderdoll and feel their handling of my return has been unfair, misleading, and potentially in breach of consumer protection guidelines.
What happened:
• I attempted to return a couple of expensive items only two days outside their return window due to being unexpectedly ill.
• Wanderdoll initially refused a refund but agreed to offer store credit and instructed me to return the items at my own cost.
• After they received the return, they then refused both the store credit and a refund.
• They are now refusing to send my items back unless I pay additional postage fees.
• Their emails were mainly copy-and-paste responses, they refused to escalate the matter, and they declared the case “closed” without resolving anything.
• They also deleted my comments on social media instead of addressing genuine concerns.
• Their slow responses contributed directly to the return falling outside their secondary 28-day window, which they are now using as justification for refusing credit.
As a result, I have:
• Lost the cost of the items,
• Lost the cost of returning them,
• Been told I must pay again to have my own items returned,
• And received no fair escalation or review from their team.
This feels like poor customer service, misleading communication, and potentially an unfair commercial practice. Withholding goods that I have paid for is completely unacceptable.
Two other brands (Murci and Mars The Label) handled the exact same situation with compassion and refunded me immediately. Wanderdoll chose to do the opposite.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company. This experience has been unnecessarily stressful, and I will not be shopping with them again. If this is not resolved within the next couple of days, I will be taking the matter further, including reporting it to Trading Standards.
UPDATE: Since posting my review 4 days ago, the situation has become even more unacceptable.
Wanderdoll are still refusing to return my items unless I pay additional postage, despite the fact that they already received them because they instructed me to send them back for store credit. They initially said the parcel would be returned to my original address within 48 hours if I didn’t respond — with no mention of extra charges or that they legally can’t. They are changing their terms again!
They are also trying to claim that I “refused” store credit — even though I was only asking them to reconsider a full refund due to personal circumstances - the items were still returned within the exact timeframe they stated for credit to be issued.
Wanderdoll currently have:
- my money
- my returned items
- my return postage cost
and are demanding I pay again just to get my own belongings back.
I received an email by the same person I have asked repeatedly not to speak to stating that they now consider this matter closed and will not be able to offer any further responses regarding this. This case is clearly NOT closed! I have also attempted to reach out to the CEO via social media and all messages are being ignored! I received one response from Instagram but no follow up after they told me to DM them.
This whole situation is unfair, contradictory, and unethical and I am now in the process of taking this further.
I’ll update again — but nobody should have to go through this level of stress to return items especially given my circumstances.

I sent an email to wanderdoll asking if there was anything they could do . That week Olivia kindly message me to say there was one en route to me which would mean the dress would arrive on time for the event . I was never so greatful . Olivia went above and beyond . A lifesaver !!

Stunning selection of dresses/skirts/bodysuits and really good quality too. Unfortunately my order had surpassed the 14 day return period due to a misunderstanding on my side so I reached out to the team to see if anything could be done as I’d ordered 2 different sizes and only needed the one outfit. Olivia who I spoke to in CS was really accommodating and offered a one time agreement to exchange for store credit. Really lovely team and happy with my experience

I ordered various times from Wanderdoll and their delivery times were great. Once Royal Mail lost my parcel and their customer service team helped me raise a ticket and refunded me too. Turned a stressful situation into a much calmer one thanks to kindness! I was in touch with Olivia, she was really responsive and sympathetic which I really appreciated 🙏🏼
