Shopped around and compared. Walmart had the best price and the one we wanted.

I'm disabled and need a motorized cart to shop. Seldom is one available and when I ask if someone could check the other side of the store, they say they can't for one reason or another. Further, they have increased charges for delivery, which is my other option. I am a stockholder, but I am starting to shop more at other stores who care about their customers.

I have never had any problem with walmart.com when it comes to any orders I have placed. I am sorry for the people who have had issues though. My one gripe with them is they raised the price of their walmart plus service. I have been a member for quite sometime but as a student I feel I cannot justify the price hike to myself. As I feel the faster shipping is not enough of a benefit for a service I only use about 4 times a month average.

I bought a Lenovo for Christmas and I wasn't satisfied and I tried to get my money back but they wouldn't let me return it and I took it back on time I just wanted my whole refund Melanie

Only att is a worse company than Walmart in America. They are absolutely horrible. Will never spend another dollar ever with Walmart. I will go without before I ever use this company again. Their employees are lazy. Over weight. Rude. And just plain mean. Which means that comes from the top usually. Their “woke” stuff is unnecessary to sell soda and cat litter and everything else. Why? No one cares. We just want to get what we need and go home. Not have your rude employees throw all their stress at paying customers. It’s not a one time thing wal mart. This happens everywhere. In all your stores.

Never will you see another dollar of mine. Sold all my stock 6 years ago and swore off spending my hard earned money at your stores.

They scan prices that are not correct and steal from me then when I spend about 100-200 dollars they stop me on way out to check my receipt they steal daily from people who has time to make sure the ticket price matches the scanned price not me, especially in self scan ….it’s even harder to see the scan price when you go thru to a cashier you can’t see until you get receipt then have to go wait in customer service to get a refund. Example vitamin waters 1.00 on shelf but scanned 1.30 that’s a big difference when you’re buying 8 at a time they done that to me every time I bought them even after I told a manager and showed them the shelf price said 1.00

Thank you for having this kind of store but the prices are ridiculous, however the reason I give a 5 star review is because there’s no place like it and I can find what I need and want.

On 0/1/03/22, I was at Walmart store 03417 in Naples, FL. Copy paper was advertised for $3,15 for a package of 500. When I got to checkout it was $4.44. I asked two employees about the discrepancy and they just shrugged their shoulders. Spoke with a manager named
Shauntiele. Showed her the sign with the price. She claimed that it was $315 and not $3.15 and it was an old sign that had to do with furniture. Well the next day I noticed that the sign was changed to $444 also with no decimal. I pointed that out to her and that I would contact Walmart. She said, it didn't matter as I would just be sent back to her. So I am contacting the Florida consumer authorities as there is a law against price misrepresentation. Terrible attitude on the part of the Walmart employees I was in contact with. Not the way it used to be. I have all the photo evidence.

I was recently at Walmart and I am worried that they are having a lot of problems with keeping up with demand for the customer everything seems to be getting low on the shelves and it's not getting any better as the time goes by, I think they need to get more people to do the job and not worry about trying to replace them with a computer or something but I am unemployed at the moment and I have plenty of applications in and I got nothing on them I think all the companies have the website for the application but they don't try to fill the position till they have no other option, just to try to save the company some more money and it always reflects back to the customer don't matter because they are going to shop here anyway

I mean i understand the store itself loves the idea of self check-out. but Im like ya know, can i get some money knocked off these groceries since yall not putting me on the payroll. In all seriousness its a loss of jobs that hardworking Americans deserve and shame on Wal-Mart. First the door greeters and now this.

It’s funny how Walmart used to be so big and open 24 hours. Since the so called pandemic they close the stores early and can’t get merchandise from china anymore. To try to make money they have raised the prices and sell rotten produce out of date stock. To cut down on employees they are going to self checkouts. I’m so over Walmart I started going to others stores

The good: low prices on a large selection.
The bad: one extremely nasty checkout clerk.
My wife and I are age 73. We went to the self-checkout area and a clerk began shouting at us. I told her nobody likes to be yelled at. In response, she hollered even louder. Then she turned to another employee and lied about what had transpired.
About two years ago, the same clerk mistreated us.
Every other employee in the store has been as good as gold for 15 years. We shopped there two or three times per week and spent over $30,000 over that period.
Her behavior hurt us so much that we decided to transfer our prescription accounts elsewhere and shop at a competitor. We never want to be exposed to her behavior again. Goodbye forever, Walmart.

I bought a Net10 Moxee Hot Spot and a user card that cost me 50 dollars. The hotspot also cost 50 dollars. The user card was supposed to come by way of my email. The hot spot came but the user card never did. I contacted them a number of times and got no results. The disclaimer says that you can't return the card for a refund. How do I get a refund if I never got the card?

Throughout the Pandemic I took advantage of Walmart Shopping and Delivery. Excellent service, same low prices, online payment options include EBT even. Try it.

Yes one star. I absolutely hate going into Walmart. I can never find anything and when you ask an employee they are never helpful. When your in the hunting section you always have to wait at least 15 minutes for an employee to even help you. Then when it’s time to check out they literally have one maybe two lines open.I really hate the self checkout when you have over 20 items.

How does walmart get away with out of coded merchandise on shelves? Great value brand of diet tonic out of code August 2020 still on shelves. Evidently employees do not have to pull codes and management does not care. I wish county weights and measures or the health department would go in the stores. It has been happening in 3stores I constantly check out.how convenient that walmart has a NO RETURN POLICY in response to covid19.

All because of a pandemic anything can go wrong at Walmart it took near a year to do Oil Changes and they would not allow dressing rooms or restrooms and if you bought clothes they would not allow a return. That is right, buy them, not allowed to return they had signs that said "You buy you can not return." Now when I checked it wrote "Our dressing rooms are ready for you" at Walmart.com however I tried to use one and not allowed. I would get misleading information about availability of products - I went on the other side of town when the internet wrote where to find however I asked why it wrote available from the people stocking the shelves they told me at several places that they never had any for several months therefore Walmart gives misleading information. They wrote on the internet give us your email address and they will tell when available they did not send email. I tried to buy a $100 AT&T prepaid card it went into a loop of review and buy and no confirm of my purchase. I can try to buy somewhere else.

As I sit for the 3rd day in a row at Walmart waiting for any employee to open the money center so I can pick up the emergency money that someone paid to send days ago I decided to write this review. If Walmart offers a paid instant money transfer they should honor a paid instant money transfer but they have not only saying sorry we are short staffed. I had a emergency and needed the money yesterday but nobody showed to open money center for 3 days now and really screwed me over. Obviously I would never trust this service again because now I have to leave for work and of course they are closed when I get off, well if I saved 1 person from having this issue with Walmart I will be happy.

I bought a smart television from Wal-Mart in Kemah Texas Febuary 2020 because they were on sale and I was being spied on through the camera installed.

Walmart use to have some nice stuff back in the day and they had great prices too also they had really cool graphic T-shirts and stylish active ware and polo shirts and flashy shorts as well as cool high tops from And1 .They also had great DVDs CDs ect. But after they shut down every other store in the area they have become horrible. Walmart is so overpriced in the last 5 years it is not funny and their shoes are so cheaply made they should never sell them for the price they do. They also no longer have nice gym or active clothing and their T shirts are junky as well. This place is now a pawn of China and are cheating Americans with their monopoly .
