I would give zero stars if I could.

I placed an order back in February, it became apparent very quickly that they weren't going to fulfil the order.

They repeatedly ignored phone calls, online messages and emails so I raised a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

I would encourage anyone who has been scammed by this 'company' to go through their bank to get their money back.

I also reported them to Trading Standards and Report Fraud, thankfully it appears the website is currently offline.

I am going back to last November I received my canvas but it was grey instead of beige several emails have been sent they asked me for a photo which was duly sent . And that's It never heard from them again Steer clear !!!!! No refund The canvas is sitting at the back of my settee!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Placed a large order. No communication from Wallart-Direct following the original confirmation of order… it’s now been nearly 60 days since I placed the order and I was promised a 48 hour delivery! Company did not respond to phone calls, emails or web queries. Suspiciously, the contact email appeared to change on the website. When I became suspicious I pursued a refund through my credit card company. Wallart-Direct responded to my credit card company and tried to argue that because they knew my billing address and delivery address that it was proof of delivery. Utter nonsense. There was no delivery as the order was never processed or sent out. My credit card company have issued a full refund. I can’t decide if this is fraud or just incompetence.

Do not order from this company if you are looking for good customer service. Had an issue with my order and after writing 4 emails have yet to get a reply.

Wallart Direct took my £62.99 for a picture I ordered and I have since had no update, they will not respond to my emails and have stolen my money that I want back. If I could give zero stars that is what they deserve. Beyond angry!!!

Wish I had read the reviews. They took my money and did not send my products or reply to any email! Phone number just rings out..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought from this website on 3 or 4 occasions in 2023/24 with no problems and the pictures and prices were great. This time nothing has been received, the tracking link in the confirmation email doesn't work, the sales@ email address shows as undeliverable and they haven't responded to the web contact form. I am requesting a refund from my credit card company. Avoid

Ordered a framed print on 4 Jan and nothing received. Sent numerous emails (there's no phone number listed anywhere for them!) and eventually got a response after threatening to contact my card provider, saying they would ship. Again, nothing received and now ignoring my emails again. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I really wish I’d read reviews before purchasing!! Wallart direct are scammers!! They actually did deliver a painting to me but it certainly wasn’t what I bought! Lloyds bank were utterly useless and didn’t give me my money back so my advice to people is to switch banks. That way, you can stick 2 fingers up to your bank and earn £175 by switching to first direct, for example. Overall, this company needs to be shut down!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! After ordering a red/burgundy picture with them which says delivery would be within 2 days, my order took 3 weeks to come, I put this down to the Christmas period. When it arrived it was nowhere near the original photo. I emailed the same day and had a response from someone called 'Ash' who said he will retry and get a new one to me. After 2 months of emails and calls I have had no further response.

Avoid at all costs. This is a spam site that will take your money and then ghost you.

If I could give this zero stars, I would - DO NOT ORDER EVER!! It is a scam!!
I ordered a large canvas from this business - I should have read the reviews! I wish I had!!
But the website looked good, and on the surface, everything seemed fine, plus I loved the picture.
I got an order confirmation saying it takes 7 days for the order to come out and it is put together by hand - Yah righto!!
7 days later hearing nothing, I rung - engaged - i have rung every day - it is always engaged!
They offer live chat on their website but there is nothing to click.
There is an email address - I have emailed over 10 times - nothing!
I parted with £126, luckily I did this through Paypal, so I have had a full refund and they are raising a dispute.
My husband tracked them down on companies house to a woman and an address, she runs the business out of her house it seems and the accounts are very dodgy.

I also now think that the positive reviews on here are just fake, but there are way more negative views with exactly the same experience as me.
Whatever you do - DO NOT order from this business.
I have also contacted Trading Standards and raised the issue with them too.

These guys are scammers - I usually research an online company I have never heard of but forgot to before placing my order (canvas wall art). When I chased them for an update a few times I received no response. Only when I threatened to call Amex and request a refund did they reply saying my order will be shipped "shortly". It was obvious by a lack of a date they had no intention of shipping anything. I requested a refund and when they again stopped responding I contacted Amex who refunded me. Do not trust this company. Order was placed 4th Jan 2026.

Same as Everyone else, placed order, they took the money, now no contact and can’t contact them.

Having written to them on numerous occasions they have still not delivered my order dated 13.12.25. They have taken my money but ignored all my emails. I wouldn't be surprised if they have gone into liquidation but continue to trade. Very suspicious and should be avoided at all costs. Surely this company should be investigated and shut down.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I regret not reading these reviews before purchasing prints. I won’t be making that mistake again. They take your money and then you never hear from them again. Clearly a scam. Do not waist your money.

SCAM - THEFT - 42 days since order - no contact - no response to chase e-mails.

I would suggest that putting your money down the drain is the equivalent of dealing with these people .
I could kick myself for not checking on trustpilot first ..
Ordered a lovely picture and paid. No picture ,Zero communication and £150 lost ..
We have done some detective work to see who runs this company and will be taking legal action ..
