Please do not buy from the company. I ordered three swimsuits. The third swim suit was out of stock so they were going to send me one of THEIR choice. I requested to not receive the third swim suit (I did not like what they chose). I requested a refund. It’s been months & have not received my refund for the third swim suit.
I went by their sizes. The swim suits were 2 sizes too small. I’m stuck with two swim suits I cannot wear. No return label. I requested a return & months later have not heard back from them.
They take your money immediately when you purchase. You will never get your money back if the item is out of stock.
Poor quality swim suits.

RED FLAG !!! If I could give a zero I would appalling quality costumes. First one, one strap is not even sewn onto the costume. They offered me $12 to take it to a seamstress. The second one is two sizes bigger than the other one , looks nothing like the picture and is bigger on one side than the other. They offered to replace the second one.Can’t wait for tomorrows offer. I have repeatedly asked for a refund & sent All the pictures they required. How is this company still trading? disguising itself as an Australian company.
Update now offered a replacement for second item that is two sizes too big.
I refused it.
Next offer this morning if I send it back they need photos of the crotch stickers and swing tags (which they didn’t come with) . Return at your own cost you must provide a tracking ord No within 7 days otherwise NO refund. Ooh and sorry to tell you that we are in the US even though the website is .com.au .
Or we can offer 30% refund and I can keep the faulty goods .
Day 4 of negotiations they are now offering 50% refund as it will be expensive to return to USA (NJ) .
These emails are computer generated always come through at 8 pm every night (Crystal) and their English skills are not great ? Not sure what country they are in. Using the USA address as a deterrent so you weigh up the cost of return.
Day 5 Told them no to the deal and just send me the address and details to return. NO RESPONSE
Day 6 new offer they will refund 70% in compensation but that is the most they can give.
Day 7 new offer of 85% refund still waiting on a response after I accepted now to get the money.

They have a horrible return policy that makes it extremely difficult to return anything. There were two items that were not true to size and did not fit but I’ll keep because I don’t have time to jump through all those hoops not to even get a full refund

Ordered 3 swimsuits on 1/1/2024. Received notification 1/7/2024 with a tracking number however, USPS has not picked up the order. 1/12/2024 contacted Walk ON Beach regarding the order and that there were only 2 swimsuits being shipped however, still being charged full amount of 3 swimsuits? I received no correspondence regarding the 3rd swimsuit but was notified by Crystal on 1/13/2024 that the 3rd swimsuit is out of stock. Well, I can still order the swimsuit on the website??? AND due to pandemic times (really) they have not control over the shipping. Well, printing a shipping lable does not mean the order has been shipped. I requested that my entire order be cancelled. Crystal will not cancel the entire order as she states the order has already shipped. If it was shipped, the tracking number would be tracking the items correct? Well, it's not. Going back and forth with Crystal to cancel this order has continued into nothingness. This company has no standards and does not care about customers. Stay away from this company for your own peace of mind. Still being charged for 3 swimsuits and MAYBE getting 2? We shall see.

I order two sets, after 2 weeks with no tracking notification, l sent a follow-up message to customer service. Response was prompt, but the item l ordered was out of stock, yet still adverting that particular item , l was not informed of no stock. l was given the option to choose another swim set, but if l wanted them in the first place l would have purchased it. Looking at the reviews quality is a concern, so we will wait and see how long it takes to receive my other set and how long it will take to be reimbursed. I think l will give this website a Big Miss.

Ich habe mir Bademode im Wert von 124,06€ bestellt. Das Geld habe ich per Paypal überwiesen und wurde auch vom Konto abgebucht. Angeblich wurde die Ware zurückgestellt, da wohl kein Geld angekommen ist und ich soll einen Screenshot von der Transaktionsseite dorthin schicken und die Transaktions - ID.

Finger weg von dieser Firma!
Finger weg von dieser Firma: Betrug! Keine Rücksendemöglichkeit, seit Wochen werde ich nun mit immer neuen Versprechungen auf Rückerstattung hingehalten. Ware muss in die USA retourniert werden, das kostet natürlich ein Vermögen. Alternativ wurde nun eine Erstattung ohne Rückversand angeboten, die aber niemals ankommt. Ich ärgere mich fürchterlich, dass ich nicht vorher genauer hingeschaut habe.

Leider die klassische Betrugsmasche…
Leider die klassische Betrugsmasche beim Versuch einer Rücksendung: Erst keine Antwort, dann höflich und nichtssagend, dann Angebot "30% Rabatt" gegen Verzicht auf Rücksendung, dann "Rücksendung ist in die USA, müssen Sie bezahlen", dann "70% Rabatt" - am Ende wird nichts erstattet. Immer mit geheuchelter, Google-übersetzter Freundlichkeit.
Da es nicht einmal ein Impressum gibt, kann man nicht einmal die Klage zustellen.
TIPP: IMMER nach dem Impressum unten auf der Webseite suchen. Das ist Pflicht. Ohne EU-Adresse darin: Nicht bestellen. Auch wenn es "günstig" erscheint.

Auf gar keinen Fall bestellen! Betrügerfirma! Ich versuche trotz der angegebenen 30 Tage Rückgaberecht seit 3 Wochen meine Ware zurückzugeben. Ohne Erfolg! Es hat ca. 25 Mails gebraucht um die Adresse zu erfahren. Trotzdem wollten sie, dass ich 70% der Ware bezahle. Nach langem Hin und Her soll ich jetzt die Ware behalten und 30% bezahlen. Was ich auch gemacht habe. Allerdings stellt sich nun Klarna quer, da der Händler nicht mehr reagiert, fordern diese nun den vollen Kaufpreis von mir! Der bezahlte Wert taucht gar nicht auf! Ich bin mittlerweile ratlos was ich noch tun soll. Kann nicht verstehen, das solch eine Firma auch noch von Klarna unterstützt wird!

Auch ich habe die Kundenbewertungen leider erst im Nachhinein gelesen, kann die geschilderten Erfahrungen aber voll bestätigen. Eine absolut unseriöse Firma! In der 2. Mail wurden mir nach 30 % nun 50 % Rückerstattung angeboten, und die Ware wollen sie nicht zurück. Auch wenn es um keinen hohen Warenwert geht, werde ich weiter Stunk machen. Dieses Geschäftsgebaren ist unsäglich!
