I have given full marks to this company for handling first, a delay in delivery of my stick, then with an extension to that and finally with a lost in transit. Excellent and friendly communications, options provided which I chose not to take up. This is how customer service should be done!

It arrived quickly, was well packaged and appeared to be very good quality. Using it had improved my husbands gait considerably. The handle is comfortable for him to use and gives him good support.

Fast service, and good product

I was pleased to find a molded handled, folding walking stick in an alternative colour and not flowery. The service was good. My only criticism is, I had hoped it would come with a cover or bag to make it easy the transport when I am out with my walker.

The stick I ordered was thinner than I was expecting, so be aware that the ones that fold into 5 pieces are going to be thinner. However, it still does the job. The sticks used to come in a handy plastic wallet. Now they are attached to a piece of card with very tight plastic ties. I managed to scratch my stick trying to cut them off. I also ordered some replacement ferrules. Of course they were the wrong size because I didn't realise the ferrules needed to be 16mm not 19mm, so now I have no replacement ferrules and need to pay p&p for replacements when I had hoped to avoid this by ordering them at the same time as my stick. There was no indication as to the correct size ferrule to match the stick at the time of ordering. I messaged the company. Sympathetic. However, no help as to how to resolve the issue eg return the ferrules and we will send out the correct ones. Now if you look on the website, the description of each stick has information about which size replacement ferrules you need. As I brought this to their attention, I would have thought they could have been more considerate towards a loyal customer (this is my 3rd stick from them), but no. Not impressed at all. I will source my ferrules (and future sticks) elsewhere...

I have been advised by a medical professional that perhaps I should use a walking stick at times… so I look on the internet and find this company. They had some great designs, unfortunately my favourite was sold out but I came across another one I liked and ordered it. I wanted something young looking and colourful and this was it. It was delivered quickly. Lovely stick.. .great quality.. . easy to fold or unfold and can be carried in a bag .

I ordered this stick, assuming that as only one size was listed & it was adjustable it would be OK as I had had no problem with previous sticks in the past, but as soon as it was assembled found that it was too long & the only adjustment was to make it longer. Followed return procedure to the letter & very surprised to be told that no return possible as stick badly scratched - how when only assembled once & never used? This claim was backed up with some dubious photos, showing alleged scratches which looked like light reflections on the shiny black surface, or possibly the result of someone taking sand paper to the shaft - which I did NOT do!

This is the second stick I've bought from the Walking Stick company. The first I accidentally left in France after a holiday, so I bought an identical one.
I like the design pattern, adjustable height, the metal clip to hold the stick together when folded and the plastic cover. A good buy!

First class walking stick . . it;s not my first but my wife said the one she had didn't go with her summer outfit . . . . . hence the new one!

I was looking to buy a rollator but needed an XS size which are almost impossible to find, particularly as I didn't want a "medical grey" one. Found exactly what I was looking for AND in an unusual colour! Ordering was so easy & quick. Delivery was great too - very fast & fully tracked.
