We sought out Waldens to manage our property because of how established they are in Bedfordshire. Our property had been fully refurbished and Shelley took care to move tenants in who would maintain the upkeep for which we continue to be very grateful. Any queries have been dealt with professionally and promptly by Janine or Shelley. Maintenance issues too. Our rental income is paid on time. We would highly recommend the team.

We have dealt with Waldens Property Lettings for a number of years in relation to our rental properties. We have always found them to be prompt when forwarding rental payments to us and regularly inspect our properties. They also deal with any maintenance issues on our behalf which we like to be carried out promptly as we wish to give our tenants the best experience and for repairs to be carried out as we would expect with our own property. They also remind us when such things as the Gas Safety Certificates need to be renewed. We have built up a good relationship with Tom, Janine and Shelly and would have no hesitation in recommending them to look after a rental property.

I have always found Waldens completely reliable. They visit my property regularly, sending me a report with photos, and have established good relations between my tenant and me. They inform me when certificates need renewing and advise what maintenance needs to be done, and whether it is compulsory or discretionary, my responsibility or my tenant's. They take the worry out of being a landlord. Thoroughly recommended.
