It is bad business if you cannot speak to someone directly at the store selected if there is an issue with your order. I'd give it a zero if it were an option. No human being enjoys a wild goose chase.

Horrible service. At the Macon Rd Location 8:15 pm 4/15/26. Young, white, pretty waitress with some pink in her hair. Never brought our sausage or waffle had to get it to go. What was upsetting is that it wasn't lack of experience, it was intentional. We've been going to the Waffle Houses in this area for thirty years. Never had an experience like this before.

I frequent the Waffle House located in Spring Meadows Holland, Ohio for a reason many overlook. First, The food is really very good and Fresh actual real food, not fast food junk. They do not have a huge menu which allows the chef to focus on just enough of a verity and great quality in preparation. They are food quality experts and it shows. The also serve a supper good Berger and put the Berger on bun the correct way so it doesn't fall apart while attempting to eat the Berger. They also have a good chicken sandwich and they offer a cheese steak sandwich as well. All are really good. Of course they breakfast meals are cooked as ordered to perfection. When you enter the Waffle House in Holland, Ohio you are welcomed and treated like family. The food is ery good and fresh.

Me and my friends went to walffle house. We were asked not to all sit at the same booth so we separated. Then once we separated, we got asked to kick out even though we were all ordering food. The waitress was extremely disrespectful to me and my friends and yelled at us. I’ve been here several times and never had a problem until now. This is absolutely ridiculous and will not continue to support this restaurant. This restaurant has gone down hill big time. Used to be my favorite place but no longer will this be if the customers are continuously treated like this. After 30 minutes of us sitting there we were finally served, and she asked me to wipe the look off of my face. Exactly unprofessional.

My husband and i went after work to eat something to eat and one of the staff had there kids in there they was being loud rude and turned the music up real loud and our waitress was not friendly at all she acted like she didn’t know what to do never even checked on us and on of the waitress kept going out side to smoke with her friends

My sister and I stopped at the waffle House because she wanted her pork chop lunch and I was wanting a grilled chicken sandwich with crinkle fries. As we were ordering our meals, the waitress informed me that they've never had french fries at the waffle House. I know for a fact that a year and a half ago I stopped at the same restaurant, waffle House, and got the grilled chicken sandwich all the way with french fries and my drink. The waitress, with a bad attitude, stated I have worked here for 6 years and we have never had someone argue with us about french fries that we've never had. I will never go to a waffle House again. My question is why would you serve hamburgers or pork sandwiches and not have french fries to go with it. Also children go with their parents and I have never known of a child who doesn't want/asks for French fries with their meal. That just doesn't make any sense.

Let's face it since covet Waffle House as taking a nose dive. I guess because they lost all the decent fried Cooks. The eggs are either underdone overdone in the bacon is always burnt to a crisp the sausage it's really cheap and today we went in to get it to go order not only is the food overpriced but then they automatically put on a 20% tip that's why Waffle House will go the way of all the other restaurants that is shutting down

Always great, wherever I go. I can always expect consistent quality breakfast and friendly staff at Waffle House. Healthy....no, but delicious. Always look forward to treating myself at a waffle house. Prices also cannot be beaten.

I ordered the pork chop breakfast with hashbrowns to go. Usually. This is my favorite, besides the grilled chicken sandwich. The pork chops are usually tender and juicy. This time, I was in complete shock when I got to work and started eating my breakfast. With a sense of disappointment, the chops were tough and dry. I called the restaurant; unfortunately, they don't accept phone calls, period. I couldn't leave my job to return the food, so I was stuck with a disappointing meal that cost me $15.60. Store #0284, receipt number 1459, check number 73144. This store is located in Fairburn at 7800 Senoia Road.

We walked in at 4:30 in the morning and every table was filthy. There was only one paying customer and a couple who were clearly friends with the people working here. Even after she cleaned the table, we wiped off the residual water using the white napkins on the table and they came away scuzzy brown. There was a large spill behind the counter on the floor that they continue to walk through. She had to call out a order several times because the cook was clearly not paying attention. When the meal came she forgot to give us syrup for the waffles or silverware. Then we had to call her back a 3rd time for the glass of milk I ordered. Then we found the spoons dirty and had to ask for a knife for the butter. While their banter is typical Waffle House banter, lively and punchy, there was a lot of middle finger giving and cussing. Granted there are no small kids around at the moment but still...

So, in the end the girls were extremely friendly as was the cook and during the time we were there they diligently went to work cleaning the store up. I don't know if it was because the one girl noticed I was writing this review while we were waiting on our meal (yeah I know, that was kind of rude but I knew I wouldn't do this later. We were only in there at that time in the morning because our kids are having a baby next door in the hospital And we were killing time.).

Maybe there was some kind of rush earlier and they were a shift that had to take over from a previous one and clean it up, I don't know. I'd like to give them a break cuz they all three seem pretty nice and they did get the place cleaned up in the end. Kudos and an extra star for that. 😉

I was refused service ,my wife i arrived before 2 other groups of people but no one greeted or attempted to take our order. I think i am a victim of racial profiling.
Upon leaving this location 4881 Atlanta Hwy. Athens ,GA i commented to the closes waitress to us ,thank you for your service . She refused to make eye contact with me and made a smug grunt as if she was pleased to see us leave .I am considering seeking legal advice.

An overweight man in a blue hoodie and ginger colored beard ran in, pushed a young group of teenage girls to the floor to cut in front of them, yelled his order, and verbally assaulted the cashier after he was asked POLITELY to leave. He then proceeded to threaten to, in his words, "I'm gonna crap in a jar and throw it at your house", "I'm bout to start throwing cheeks", "The draws about to come off", and "You're a loser, nobody loves you". After the manager came out, he threatened to call the police, which resulted in the fat man throwing a tantrum. He punched the owner, choke slamed the cashier, and ran out. But other than that, I enjoyed the Waffle House. 8.5/10

Two friends and I have eaten at the Waffle House # 1083 several times, and every time it has been an excellent experience. The restaurant is exceptionally clean, and the food is served promptly, and served hot. The wait staff is also so polite, and willing to strike up a conversation. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

There is literally a charge for an order to-go like bro

Just got back after picking up a to go order. I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and this is what I got. Grilled chicken breast and buns. No lettuce no tomato nothing. Can’t believe this is the definition of grilled chicken sandwich in the Waffle House world.

Mine was a bad experience overall. The personal experience with the staff was extremely poor. The food was fair to average. Part of the meal today was cold and not satisfying. The food was fair average. The experience was such that my tip or the lack thereof will be reflected over the next few years.

Not sure how many managers hold interviews for positions that have already been filled. But after going through a interview at store #1808 in ashland, ky., to which at the end of the interview Renee had informed me that the positions were filled and they didn't need anyone.
She either lied, or misrepresented the job opening. We should not waste employers time and likewise....they should not waste ours.

I go to Waffle House often, and the quality and service is great!

I order waffle house thru door dash regularly. I've been quite disappointed. Recently where I live they closed all the stores for dine in. It's delivery only. Depending on who's cooking the food is very inconsistent. I always order the same thing. I get wheat toast when I order white. The scrambled eggs always look different - anywhere from 1 to 4 eggs when it's supposed to be 2. My order comes with 3 pieces of bacon. Sometimes I get 2 pieces. Today is the day I've decided I'm done giving them business.
