Worst Customer Service from VseeBox US
I purchased a Vsee Box Ultra Elite from VseeboxUS a month ago. The unit arrived and it did not power up. I tried using a power adapter from another Vsee box owned by a colleague and it still did not power up. For the past month I have sent over 50 emails to Vseebox US requesting a return authorization and cannot get past their AI email customer service. They have not provided a return authorization and send the same email back to me repeatedly. When I request a phone number or name this information is not provided. I spent over $400 for this useless device and am at a loss on how to return for credit or replacement. Do not buy anything from this group.
