Simple things count. Booking the campervan in for its service was a pleasant and friendly experience. We dropped off our van for a service and were told to come back in t three hours. We took the dog for a lovely walk around Exeter, returning to Vosper's at the appointed time, only to see the van parked in the precisely same place, obviously parked by the technicians with some skill! We were told that the service had not been started due to a ramp failure and it would take another 1.5 to 2 hours to do the service; a simple phone call would have been appreciated. The service only took an hour – leaving us thinking it had been rushed.
Driving off, we noticed that the van's Heads Up Display which had been working, was now not working. Although the HUD is not original Fiat equipment, something that had been done to affect its operation during the service. We took it straight back to Vosper's, who apparently inspected the wiring and could not find a problem, concluding that it must be a software error advising us they would contact a local specialist and the original sales company to find out what to do. Driving back to Wells, we noticed the HUD come back to life, albeit intermittent, for about 10 minutes before stopping again, indicating a wiring issue to us at least.
We advised Vosper's but have still not had any response from them despite phone calls, emails and even a WhatsApp conversation. Abysmal customer service.

Artur at Vopsers was great, kept us up-to date throughout the process to make sure we got what we wanted. Would recommend!!👍

Went back to Vospers at Exeter to buy my second Ranger off them .Had one of the salesman called Stuart patch dealt with me sorted everything out had first class service. Thank you Vospers Exeter for Number one professional quality service.

Very friendly staff, although I got there early it did take longer than expected 2.30 hours for a minor service? But did cost less than I thought so hey ho.

We have traded in our car for a Puma ST. Service at Vospers as usual is excellent.

Bought a van off ebay, I requested a video within literally minutes the video was sent to me.
I put a deposit on the van, Stuart the salesman told me he would put it in the workshop for a full service mot and cambelt change .
I was emailed 3 days later to come and pick up the van, 12 months warranty was supplied and Stuart helped us tax it at the garage, can't fault the service was an absolute pleasure buying a vehicle from vospers due to Stuart. Thanks Again Stuart patch

Its not very often that someone exceeds my expectation when it comes to customer service. When we purchased the Jeep for my daughters 21st Birthday as a surprise they kept in in the compound for 4 months until her birthday and insured it!. We have had a little issue with one of the seats and it has been in a couple of times. The customer service from Tina and Mark has been second to none and nothing has been too much trouble. Rather than moan on about a problem that has reoccured I have no complaints at all. Its not their fault there has been an issue with the seat and they have both gone out of their way to sort it. Even though we have had to cancel an appointment on Friday at short notice due to the windscreen being replaced they have been lovely. I am a Mercedes driver and Mercedes could not go far wrong if they replicated the customer service of Jeep its 5****++++
