Para justificar la supuesta entrega, aportan un número de seguimiento que lleva a una página con un mensaje de error borroso, sin mi nombre, sin mi dirección y sin ninguna prueba de identificación. A pesar de esta evidencia de fallo logístico, se lavan las manos.

Es indignante que una tienda se aproveche de la falta de firmas en las entregas actuales para desproteger al comprador. Si buscáis seriedad y piezas de calidad con garantías reales, buscad otro sitio. Aquí, si el paquete no llega, habréis perdido vuestro dinero. Una decepción absoluta

After 39 days, I did finally receive the necklace. It is very pretty, which I knew it would be since this is the 4th time I have ordered from this company. However, I will no longer order anything else because now the trust is gone.

I was a bit skeptical at first after disappointment with a few other moissanite online retailers, but wow the stones from Voogmechic sparkle and the quality of craftsmanship is top marks.
They also have a great choice of designs if you prefer classic design jewelry, vintage style or very modern and trendy.
The customer service is also great - answered all my questions promptly and in the best professional and friendly manner. I will be purchasing more!

The best aspect of purchasing from a reputable company is the quality of its products. I bought a 2 stone moissanite pair of earrings for my aunt, and I think she is going to love them. The jewelry from this company is exceptional! The moissanite is top line and a cut above other moissanite sellers I’ve purchased from! I have several pieces that I have worn consistently with no issues of fading or dulling. Shipping is expeditious and merchandise protection is quite acceptable. I’ve never returned anything but I believe that would be handled professionally, as they follow up with emails regarding the shipping experience and to gauge my assured satisfaction. I am so thrilled I received my 14kt gold 2kt moissanite diamond engagement ring today and it is amazing gorgeous. I got it in the time they told me I would get the ring so I was pleased with that too. I connected with the service dept and they replied back to me right away so that was a plus’s too. I ordered a gold moissanite ring and a set of moissanite earrings! Absolutely beautiful and so sparkly!!! One of the earrings wasn’t quite right and Voogmechic took care of me and sent a replacement set. Excellent customer service! I have several rings and earrings from this company. All are exceptionally nice, the quality is fabulous, I have no problems with the prongs, etc. I always test my stones and they really are Moissanite. I have a horse farm and I don't take my rings off so they really get put through a lot. All I have to do is wash my hands with soap and water and they come out bright clear and sparkly. I almost never have to clean them! I tried a few other companies and the quality just is not there . All of my future purchases will be from Voogmechic!
