I was not given a refund for the item that I returned. I bought a shirt in July 2024 and returned it in August 2024. In September 2024 I received an email that there was a delay in the returned item. I did not received any update from them since last year. Now(June 2025) I sent an email to ask about the refund but unfortunately they said they could not give a refund because they haven't received the item that I received and they said that they could refund me because the purchased was from last year. A company that doesn't refund. They will just take your money. I will not buy any Volcom brand anymore.

I have been purchasing volcom products for many years now and was elated to see that someone renewed the licenses to sell this clothing line in the US again.

I’ve placed two orders with this company so far this year, each order that I have placed has had an issue on their end.

In the first order, two of the five items I ordered came in a different fit, other than what is listed on their website. In fact, the fit they came in wasn’t even an option on their website. They got 40% of that order wrong.

In the second order one of the shirts was mis-sized, it was a medium sized t-shirt that was labeled as a large.

In this order, I had two other shirts that were using the exact same shirt blanks, same 50-50 blend, same modern fit, coming from the same country, the same everything except for the size, these shirts were actually large and were sized correctly, making it very obvious that the other shirt was a medium in disguise as a large.

The problem is that their return service has no option for when they make a mistake, which they have clearly done on every single order that I’ve made so far this year with them.

Their options for returns either penalize you financially or lock you into another order with possible new shipping charges.

I don’t have the time to dispute every order I make, which is what I’ve had to do every time I’ve placed an order with this business.

At this point I’m literally afraid to place any more orders with them, because I don’t know what I’m gonna get, and I don’t know what I’m going to have to go through for them to take accountability for their incompetence.

Unfortunately I can’t no longer patronize this business because of this. I would suggest you look elsewhere for clothing.

Item missing. Contacted customer service. They stated out of stock, had to chase refund.

They sent me the wrong size and now I've spent 3 weeks trying to get a refund from them, let alone a replacement. They told me they don't do exchanges so I would need to buy the product again, but now it's out of stock. So due to no fault of my own I am stuck waiting for my money back for a product I don't have, with no option to replace it unless I want to spend more money.

Don't worry though, they have sent me a 15% discount code for my time. Except you get a 15% discount code for breathing near their website - you get it if you make your first purchase, leave a review, literally anything. Massive joke and waste of my time.

Bought 2 pairs of the jeans. Bought the following and when they ripped:
Nailer Jeans - MATURED: ripped on the back pocket when I bent over. Lasted around 4 months.
Outer Spaced Casual Trousers - lasted 9 months and have thread tearing underneath.

Don’t bother buying these. Quality is awful.

I placed an order on Feb 1 . It is the 10th . My item has not shipped. I have sent 4 emails . I have even tried to phone but the volcom.canada phone line is not accepting calls. If I had to guess this company is going bancrupt . There is 0 custoner service . Don't shop here .

Received a Gortex Volcom Snowboard Jacket for the 24/25 season. Within a week I noticed threads coming loose on the sleeve and at the lower back of the jacket. I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do as it was a large purchase and was supposed to last me the season. They said that it was obvious it was from snagging and was usual wear and tear. I was offered 10% discount on another purchase. It was obvious this is just a poor quality jacket and I certainly won’t be purchasing from Volcom again… the 10% discount is an insult

Volcom took my order on December 24, Didn't bother to contact me until I contacted them on the 7th January only to have my order refunded with a 'Inventory miscount' excuse. I checked several times and the item was still available on their site for their Boxing Day sale.

Hice un pedido talla XL y la web me puso S. ni 5 min despues le dije que el pedido era XL y no S y me dijeron que ya no se podia cambiar. Espero a que llegase el pedido para hacer la devolución, pues han pasado mas de 12 dias y no tengo respuesta y no responden a ningun correo. De verguenza

Don’t order online from them, terrible customer
service, terrible shipping just terrible everything. I was a life time volcom clothing wearer but will not be spending another penny on their brand.

Gros fans de la marque depuis mes années de skate, bien que les matières synthétiques soient de plus en plus présentes - ce n'était pas autant le cas il y a 20 piges, mais tous les industriels du textile ou presque suivent le mouvement ! -, la qualité de fabrication reste forte.
Attention aux tailles toutefois : pour tout ce qui est T-shirt, chemise et pull, il est *en général* préférable de prendre une taille en dessous.
Quoi qu'il en soit, le SAV est plutôt bon. J'ai reçu une fois un jean qui avait une vilaine griffure, il n'y a eu aucun souci pour le retour + remboursement (échange impossible).
En somme, sur plus d'une quinzaine de commandes ces dernières années, je n'ai jamais eu de vraie mauvaise surprise.

I ordered clothes from Hurley that shipped from California and it took 3-4 days to get to South Carolina. I ordered from Volcom on 10/21/24 which also shipped out of California and I'm still waiting for my clothes. Should not take this long! Hurley is better!

Le pantalon que j’ai acheté était trop petit j’ai donc pris de fer à un renvoi.
Pas de nouvelle une semaine après je vais donc regarder sur le suivis de mon colis et m’aperçois que mon jean est arrivé à leur entrepôt depuis 1 semaine.
Je n’ai reçu aucun mail me le disant, aucune information sur quand est-ce que je serais remboursée rien. J’ai donc envoyé un mail pour que l’on finisse par me répondre « nous gérons tous les renvois d’europe il faut être patient »
Moral de l’histoire: ça fait 2 semaines que mon colis est arrivé et toujours aucunes nouvelles et pas de remboursement en vu.

Estoy súper insatisfecha y no recomiendo que compres online. Le compré un vaquero a mi marido que no correspondía a las características especificadas en la página e hice la devolución el mismo día que lo recibí. Tienen la prenda en su almacén a una semana y no tramitan la devolución del pago. Atención al cliente numa, el teléfono de España nunca hay nadie para atender y por email solo dicen que han recibido mi solicitud y que aguarde respuesta, es frustrante. Estoy viendo que tendré que hacer una queja en consumo. La experiencia de compra de ería ser siempre agradable para el cliente, del inicio al fin.

Poor quality jeans, the jeans tore after 2 weeks. This is the second time this has happened to me with Volcom jeans.

Erraram o estorno, tive que mandar vários emails, não fui respondido no whatsapp, tive que vir no reclame aqui pra resolver parcialmente meu problema. Extremamente incompetentes. Não recomendo essa loja virtual

Deutsche Webseite - Versand und Kommunikation erfolgt aus Frankreich. Kommunikation teilweise nicht auf deutsch. Versand erfolgte per DPD. Ware kam nicht an - Sendungsverfolgung zeigte Wochenlang in Zustellung an. Ich wurde immer wieder vertröstet, man müsse auf die Klärung bei DPD warten. Mein Wunsch auf eine rasche Nachlieferung, da ich die Ware für den Urlaub wollte und ja auch bereits bezahlt hatte - wurde abgelehnt. So machen wir das nicht, weil es sein könnte, dass die Ware dann doch ankommt und dann wäre die Rückabwicklung zu kompliziert. Also wollte ich mein Geld zurück, weil ich die Ware nicht mehr brauche. So machen wir das nicht - wir warten bis DPD sich meldet. Ist bereits wieder eine Woche vergangen …hier wird nicht aus Kundensicht gedacht - Empfehlung: Gebt den Shop in professionelle Hände. Ich bestelle nicht wieder in dem Laden. Habe jetzt bei Paypal reklamiert und hoffe auf eine baldige Erstattung. Nur Aufwand bisher. Nachtrag: was für ein Irrsinn. Gestern habe ich nun endlich eine Zusage zur Erstattung bekommen. Heute Morgen kam die Lieferung nach X-Wochen plötzlich an. Jetzt muss ich vermutlich auch für 14 Euro nach Frankreich senden …wenn das überall so laufen würde, wären die Innenstädte wieder voll.

I purchased a pair of shorts online. I realized it was not the shorts i wanted so i tried to cancel the order. There is no way to cancel. I reached out via email to cancel the order before it was shipped. No response. About 2 days later i recieved an email saying the order has been shipped. I contacted Volcom via email again and the told me to do a refund and ship it back but i will not be recieving the shipping and tax back. I paid $43 and i recieved back $30. This why i tried to cancel the order before it was shipped. So i paid $13 for nothing. Whats worse i think is the email i recieved on the whole thing seemed like a robot sent it. I love the shorts from volcom but i will never order from them again.
